Legit company, good service
Ordered the green fleece- shipped in good time and received in order but I found I needed to size up from my regular size. Contacted the company, fast response with return authorization, freight prepaid. I wanted an exchange but they mistakenly refunded me once they received it back. Contacted again because I wanted to reorder but the first-time customer promo code wouldn’t work because now it showed it wasn’t my first order. They said they’d refund me the difference if I placed the full price order, which I did and they made good on their promise right away. Received the bigger size today - all is good. I don’t normally write reviews but since they didn’t have any on here I thought I should vouch for them. Excellent customer service, nice quality product.
