Good shoes but terrible customer experience

Purchased 2 handbags on 31st and still waiting for the delivery

Very nice quality i did online shopping on very reasonable rates at the end of December they gave me good price and good quality. I’m in love with all bags.also they gave me discount on first purchase o fact i got all in good rates and delivery is also so quickly i got my parcel 2-3 days.

My shoes are beautiful and a perfect fit. I haven’t got to wear them yet so will leave another review once I have

I used to be a fan of Aldo and i just rediscovered Aldo. their quality is still the same , I love the sales.lol
Although,Some of the shoes are not true to size e.g wildbreeze cupsoles colour- other pink and Reia colour white. I bought the size 5 and it's way bigger than my feet. Other than that 👍

Good customer service !! Very poor Quality !!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering through their website, my first order went missing and I had to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement to be sent. The customer service seems like a very automated service rather than actual people..
You also have to pay for returns which I find very unusual as so many websites offer free returns now. Now I’m still waiting for a refund my initial purchase was made in November! Terrible service and I will never use again.

Easy to order online. Quality shoes! I used it for a week in Hallstat and Munich and it’s very durable.

Bought 2pairs of boots, over the moon with one pair, second pair leather tougher than first thought.

The first order of trainers arrived but instead of a UK 6 they were a US 6, despite their website saying all sizes quoted were UK sizes. I contacted the support team who responded very quickly and apologised. After sending some photos for proof, they initiated a return and refunding all monies including postage, communication was excellent. Once I got the refund, I ordered another pair of trainers, but made a mistake with the size. Once again I contacted customer support to advise of the error. They responded very quickly again and said they couldn’t change the order once placed but could request it to be sent back to them. This happened the next day and once again communication was excellent. My refund is in progress and I will definitely use ALDO again. Well done to all concerned

Amazing stuff

I never recieved my item. I contacted customer service but had no reply or refund.

The manager in staff in Stratford was not nice, she refund to grant me a refund and asked me to go back the lakeside where I bought the shoe. I wanted a particular shoe but the lakeside store did have it in blue but black but there was one blue online, i bought thr black from the store and when i got home i ordered last pair of blue online, i had told the manager that i may have to return one which i was told i could do so. But here I am with two of same shoes, I travel far to request my refund and she denied me and was told to go back to lakeside

The shoes are great but Aldo use Evri as a courier which isn't. I was told a certain delivery time...no parcel and no further communications from Evri. 4 days later I complained. The lady I was dealing with was great but never managed to tell me when to expect delivery....even after the parcel was delivered! When it was delivered, it looked like the box had been left in the rain. The cardboard swollen and peeling. Thankfully the contents were OK.
