Person Niki Peralta, by far one of the rudest experiences by far from customer service. I expressed a deep concern from a shoe purchase 2010 ( in which I purchased 11 pairs) one pair in particular began to have a circle hole right in the center. In which I found very peculiar. I spoke with expressed my concerns, she flat out stated nothing can be done so sorry. I feel being a long time customer for this product that she could do something but instead I received rude conduct, bad representative for product and that to does not deserve myself as a paying customer. I want all to know if something goes wrong with shoe that is it. They are nothing like Dansko atleast they care for customers. So to date I am warning all to beware
