Men kan hier online betalingen doen (via iDeal), een betalingsregeling aanmaken, een budget opstellen en eventueel persoonlijke gegevens bijwerken, dit alles zonder tussenkomst van een medewerker, wat mogelijk drempelverlagend werkt.

AND AGAIN a call and SMS from the…
AND AGAIN a call and SMS from the Alektum SCUM ! I already lost count how many times. STOP THIS TERRIBLE HARASSMENT !! I told them I have nothing to pay, and that a claim is total bullshit. But they do not listen. They "cannot tell me" what the claim is about, and the SMS they send does not show anything, just a link that I cannot read/execute anyway. But the harassment continues....
If Alektum is so sure that I have to pay, why not show up at my door with an invoice ? Or send it to my address ? Of course it would be VERY nice to add some PROOF for these ridiculous claims.
Does Alektum really think I am going to connect to their site or office to verify a "file" they have on me ? After many months of harassment ?? Connecting to a CRIMINAL enterprise ??? Doing the work that they should have done themselves ?
My Christmas wish: an oversized boot that comes down from the sky (Monthy Python style) that completely crushes this TERRIBLE company and its owners.
I really do not understand how companies like this are allowed to operate !!! ABSOLUTE SCUM !!!

I got all proves like:
Mail that i contact sorandi,plus answer
Trace mail prove that item is returned
Receipt of return
Return on time .
I ve send all these to both but Alektum still asking me to pay double price than item costs cause of fee plus that i pay to return it.

Extremely alarming that they can just…
Extremely alarming that they can just send you ca 100,- eur in 3 different types of fees because of a technical issue with the original payment provider. Is this what the world has come to, inkasso companies just pumping money out of people?
Klarna never gave me a reminder for an Etsy purchase, otherwise very easy to use app, easy to see your upcoming payments. I have apparently missed a payment and instead of Klarna reminding me, I am sent an SMS by Alektum, that is have to pay XY amount. No details on the case in the sms, nothing. Days later comes the letter in the post box.
Communication from Alektums customer care is just about the money. I will try to talk to Klarna.

Not even worth 1 star
Not even worth 1 star! I was sent a text message that I still had a bill to pay in november. I paid it and they called me a week later. Turned out I paid the bill for somebody else. Month later, after lots of phone calls, e-mails and promises from Alektum, I still have not received my money back! Shame on you Alektum. They keep calling me and tell me they will sort things out. The man on the phone even hang up on me. Spoke to him earlier, but he did not remember it. What a terrible organisation!

My Dutch partner told me that is because I’m buitenlander lol 😝
Sins 2019 Slagman and Alektum they are after me with more bill and more and more! My Case by Zalando is already close and they still after my ass! They don’t answering my emails for months. After while I get new letter with new dossier and new Court case and more pay! When I contact Alektum they say they have nothing to do with it that t I must contact Slagman! When I contact slagman they say I have to contact alektum? (I have emails as prove lol this is not a joke I swear!) When I call 📞 they let me wait and wait and they hand up! I actually over pay because they confused me well! Now actually they should pay me back yet they make new and new bills! I have prove of payments and prove from Zalando that the case is close! They still after me! After reading so much complains on the net, I thought I’m gone do something about it! This is the start. Very annoying, as you can imagine how much frustrations I have. They think some buitenlander in Holland but I have rights too! This will get sort out other wise I will look for help or Advokaat!
