Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us. I want to begin by personally apologizing—not just on behalf of the company, but from me directly—for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. I completely understand why you are upset, and I truly regret that we have let you down.
Please know that your refund is absolutely being processed, and we are doing everything we can to make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible. The delay was never due to neglect or indifference on our part. It stemmed from an unexpected and severe shortage of a specific component—the 433 MHz OEM Volvo replacement transmitter—which created a bottleneck that we simply did not foresee. This setback has been as disappointing for us internally as it has been for our customers, and I want you to know that we share your frustration.
In response, we made the difficult but necessary decision to discontinue the entire AM DIY kit product line, including all related replacement parts. It wasn't a choice we took lightly, but we believed it was the right thing to do to prevent anyone else from going through what you have experienced.
Above all, I want you to know that we genuinely care about our customers. Even when we face challenges like this—especially when certain parts are no longer available to us—we remain fully committed to acting in your best interest and honoring our responsibilities. Your experience has also prompted us to take a hard look at our internal processes, and we are already reviewing how we can improve communication and handling of such situations in the future, so that no customer is left feeling ignored or undervalued.
We are truly sorry for the trouble this has caused you, and we are grateful for your patience and honesty. If there is anything more we can do, or if you would like to speak with me directly, please don't hesitate to reply or call—I would be more than happy to assist you personally.
