Why can't I get hold of Alensa? Phones temporarily not in operation and my order 170398638 sitting at post office since 22nd so I can now assume lost. Sent email but no response. Please help Alensa and respond to email.

I ordered in the morning and received it next day
I ordered in the morning and I think the contact lenses were sent the same day. I received them the next day with Austrian Post in Wien (I did not expect to receive them so soon). The price is also the cheapest I found.
