Terrible customer service - Wrongful billing
Terrible customer service! I approved a monthly fee of 299 SEK but every month they bill me more then the agreed amount. And every month I have to call them to get it sorted out. Each time they tell me they have adjusted it and resolved the problem but they haven't. I am so fed up with Alert Alarm who do not know how to run a business properly and who have such awful customer service. I will tell all my friends to stay clear of Alert Alarm. As soon as my contract is over I will be cancelling the service.
