Ho avuto a che fare purtroppo con l'architetto Alessandro Cataldo e la sua Archetipi Projects. Forse bravo a vendere e a procrastinare, ma non è stato in grado di completare niente. Se cercate un architetto a Milano vi consiglio di cercare velocemente altrove.
Questa è la mia pessima esperienza avuta con l'architetto Alessandro Cataldo della Archetipi Projects o Modular Progetti. Dopo più di un anno di espedienti e bugie l'architetto Alessandro Cataldo si è fatto pagare l'intero importo del progetto senza portare niente a termine. Pochi giorni prima di Natale ci ha chiamato insistentemente chiedendoci il saldo (che avrebbe dovuto essere pagato solo a progetto terminato) ed erroneamente fidandoci l'abbiamo pagato. Da quel momento in poi non è stato fatto più nessun progresso, ogni chiamata una scusa per rimandare e poi... la rinuncia all'incarico tenendosi tutti i soldi.
