This company is the worst company I’ve ever done business with. I have told them over and over and over at least 15 times to cancel my account and they won’t do it. I sent back the first order according to all their instructions unopened and unused. I still haven’t had a refund and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Your company sucks

In order to manage a subscription, the quickest way is always through the customer portal where changes take effect instantly.
Cancellations can also be requested by contacting us directly, though because these come through our support team there can naturally be a short turnaround time as we work through incoming messages.
On the refund, our process is straightforward. Once our fulfilment centre confirms receipt of a return, the refund is released straight away.

The shipping was very fast. I had suffered for weeks with horrific shoulder pain. Sleeping was such a problem for me due to the extreme shoulder pain. After just 3 days of taking Alevia my pain has reduced to a point that I can actually lift my arms above chest height. I am able to put on a long sleeve shirt today almost pain free. Before this I had to have help putting on a shirt. This has stoped that terrible pain and I am so pleased.

I was doubtful but desperate for help…
I was doubtful but desperate for help with my fibromyalgia when I found Alevia. I’ve been on it for about three weeks now and the stiffness and fire that I felt constantly is now much much less. I was previously on other peptides to help, but I was getting very little relief. I am still on the peptides but I truly feel the Alevia has helped immensely.

Welcome 🙏 To My Journey
Currently I am also using Collagen as my nails and complexion are demand attention. I am 81 with SPMS and have been living with MS since 1980. I have only been on one MS treatment protocol and that was for 4 years. Do I have problems...yes, I have no choice but to live with them. I consider MS my lifetime dancing partner that occasionally steps on my toes and trips me up. I also have vision problems. I believe AMLA will fit into my life. I take excellent care of my health and try to find answers to things that attack me...like EDEMA. I have the "blood-oxygen" dimensions solved so far and I'm working on the lymphatic dimensions now. My social worker from my doctor's office will be stopping by on the 15th and I will give her a complete breakdown of my doings. Anyway, so far...no complaints...the trick with living with MS, whether on medication (DMT) or not is keeping oneself stable. I'm doing my journey via diet and herbology. My body has MS...not me...I merely do my best to take care of my body...Hopefully we will cross the 100 year mark together ❤️ 💙 🙏

I've yet to receive the product due to a mix up with the shipping address. Dealing with customer service and they are taking care of the problem and reshipping the product. Will leave a review of the product after receiving but I can say 5 stars to customer service
