Alex and Liam get in your shoes, they have been where you are so they fully understand what you're going through. They have a lot of experience, they know exactly what you're doing wrong and how to help you. They are definitely action takers.

I started this program for its promise to approach women with respect and authenticity. Not only have I learned this through experience, but I have also become more aware of what makes a great relationship. I genuinely felt supported and understood by coaches and other members.

I loved the holistic approach of this course. This is not only about getting more girls, but more broadly about how to become a better man, a better version of oneself. Moreover, the broad look at everything helped me implement easy fixes on things I used to be blind to (like style) that directly improved seductive, but also social results. It also helped me improve on aspects I was convinced I was already good at and didn't really need further improvement on (e.g. conversation skills).

Another big advantage were the weekly calls and webinars: it gives time to implement what one has learnt during the previous call, realise what you still do wrong or don't understand, and ask deeper questions on those topics during the next call. When getting more advanced, it can even become spiritual and therapeutic at times (personal experience). For example, I started linking my current behaviour to experiences/traumas of my past.

As a young Belgian who just started working, the price was a bit on the high end, but definetely worth the little financial sacrifices. The best investment is an investment in oneself.

The last thing I would like to note is that I do truely believe the results one gets out if this programme mainly depend on one's own preparation for the calls, efforts and openness. The coaches are in the end only coaches: they help you through their own life experience, depending on what information you give them. For me, this meant doing a lot of hard work implementing into practice the stuff I learnt theoretically (approaching many girls, freeing up time to go on a lot of dates, trying on a lot of clothes in stores) and freeing up enough time before coaching calls to reflect on my experiences of the past week to prepare questions.

When in doubt: do it!

The skills you can build with Alex (and even just the motivational support network) are definitely worth the investment

This was like therapy.

It's about overcoming the voices in your head, the fears and the overthinking.

Be kind, be open, be honest - I ended up feeling like I can say hi to anyone, be honest about the fact it's a bit random/unusual to approach someone in this day and age.

In my experience - an amazing value coaching program. The coaches offer the most personalized guidance possible and it's clear the course is designed with the students' success in mind. Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about improving their social skills.

The coaching calls are professional and personalised. Team shows attention to details and helps to develop personality in the organic and authentic way.

Really good team of coaches. Probably the best coaching you can get anywhere for dating. They're a positive force unlike many other coaches in the space and they're also very very effective. They know what they're talking about.

Life-Changing Workshop
In October 2024, I joined Alex León’s immersion workshop. I didn’t really know what to expect, I was pretty nervous about talking to strangers tbh, although I’d done a cold approach workshop before, I got 1 or 2 small takeaways from that. So I wasn’t sure if Alex’s workshop would be any different. It turned out to be 100% worth it.

1. Social Freedom
On day one, we did social freedom exercises which helped us embrace the cringe, rejection, and fear of talking to strangers. 2 hours later, I realized I was chatting with beautiful women without fear. Some even gave me shit, but I gave them some playful shit back while being fully relaxed. That never used to happen.

2. Structure & Coaching
The structure was spot-on: a solid balance between theory, fundamentals (with female models), and cold approach.

Working with the female models was a game-changer. One lesson that stuck was holding tension, instead of breaking it by looking away, changing topics, or joking around, which I used to do. When I applied this during the day, my interactions got so much better!
Also, the coaching ratio was incredible, 1 coach per 2 people, and very often 1:1. Huge shoutout to Liam, Alex, Finn, Harry, and Shubham, who are all highly competent, warm, supportive, and above all genuinely fun to be around.

3. Results
During the workshop: I got 10–20 numbers, went on 2 dates (one with a model/ tv-actrice), and most importantly, made a ton of mistakes, which is exactly what helped me grow.
Afterward, especially my dating skills were completely transformed, thanks to things like holding tension and putting playful pressure, and I’m comfortable when women test me.
Most important: Everyone in the group became friends. We still talk regularly, and we even hosted a party together in Lisbon.

4. Other
The thing I appreciate the most about the whole workshop is a situation in which Alex León was understanding and supportive in a situation in which I felt pretty shit about myself, which helped me get back on track almost instantly. Wouldn’t have been able to do so without this.

Conclusion
This workshop gave me a real, lasting transformation. Not just with women, but with all my social interactions, put simply: I’m in a much better place. And yes, I’m dating way more beautiful women than I used to :)

The program helped me transform to my next level in my journey. My self-image change drastically to the better, and now I see myself as a competent operator in the field.

Alex and his team have much of experience and knowledge. The programm contains all aspects, like instagram, approaching and style.
Very helpfull are the calls, where you get feedback for your approachess or you can discuss any topic.

Incredible coaching. As soon as I implemented small nuances from their feedback; my conversations & connections were immediately better.

Getting coaching from Alex and his team has been the best decision I've made for my dating life. The STP program has online video content, one-on-one coaching calls, and a community of like-minded men who are on the journey with you. Put simply, it's a community-based journey with knowledgeable coaches pushing you along the way.

In my opinion, where the program truly shines is in the one-on-one calls with the coaches. Alex and his coaches are very good at identifying exactly where you're making mistakes, and providing specific and actionable advice on how to improve. They're able to do this because they're extremely knowledgeable and have a ton of experience themselves, as well as in coaching other men on this journey.

Additionally, Alex has also created a great community of men who are also on this journey with you. Knowing that you're not the only one working on this, and having a community of like-minded men with whom you can share stories, learn from, and be inspired by, makes the overall experience so much more rewarding.

Ultimately, I got results far beyond what I expected when I joined the program, and I've made friends along the way. 10/10 would recommend!

Alex and his coaches are great. I felt safe to be open, honest, and uncensored in my coaching calls, with an expectation of confidentiality. No topic was off limits, and every topic was taken seriously. I felt cared for and empowered to not delay making positive changes in my life.
