Very poor quality products and customer service. I purchased two silk shirts but what arrived were two viscose/man-made shirts in a different style and very badly made. On one the right collar was different size to the left collar. I have contacted the company repeatedly about them having sent me incorrect and faulty products and they have been incredibly unhelpful - they have offered me a small discount to keep the items rather than the full refund I am due. Exceptionally poor service.

Received a cardigan, sent XL having ordered a medium. No previous information re different sizing to UK. Stitching not completed at side seam, very poor quality and finish No opportunity to return.
Misleading web site. Will never order again or recommend to anyone else.

I have just received the trainers. Yes they are made in China but the quality seems OK, If you order don't forget to refer to the size chart as sizes are US. The only reason I didn't rate the higher is because of delay in delivery. Also they would offer 30% of when ordering a new order. I find this strange when the original order hadn't arrived

Poor quality products which I wanted to return. However, it was not made clear at the time of purchase that the items were coming from China and would need to be returned there if I wanted to return them.
Do not order anything from this company. Their business is just a money making enterprise with no thought about customer care and service.

Disgusting Chinese copy nothing like the photo cheep rubber soles

They are keen .but lying about the products. Cheap Chinese stuff is sold like genuine high end products. Avoid.
