This total kitchen refurbishment was the second undertaken by the company .Our first - 15 years previously - was so professionally undertaken that we decided to use Alexanders again .The communication right from the start is first class - from initial consultation and design right through the total project management and onto handover , snagging and regular checks .Any issues were dealt with quickly and without arguement and individual trades were all extremely able , flexible and tidy . I wholeheartedly recommend the company which deals only with high quality units , fittings , white goods and accessories .Proof in the pudding - our last kitchen was still in very good condition 15 years after fitting and we only changed it as we wanted a different style .

The bathroom design was very well displayed so we could visualise the completed project and then installed to budget.

The bathroom design was amended slightly during the work and the final bill was actually reduced as a result.

Workmanship on the tiling was particularly good.

We wanted to change our worktops to quartz, but didn’t need to change our units. We struggled to find a company to undertake this and Alexander’s we’re recommended to us. We found them very helpful choosing our worktops and they managed the whole process for us. Their installation team were also helpful and took great care in their work.

First class service from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail from Masterfit. A very high standard of workmanship, keeping us informed and involved throughout the project. Our third time using Alexander.

Alexander's did a partial refit for my mother's bathroom, and unfortunately we had multiple problems. Having initially been told it would take 1 week, it took 5 as the fitter kept leaving to go to other jobs. A large sink unit was ordered, and fitted, and the fitter then said (correctly!) that it was too big so took it out and replaced with a smaller one. The smaller unit was then fitted off centre, and left holes in the tiles that were filled with white filler. Boxing in was left with raw edges and poorly matched. The quality of the fitting all round was poor - we had to get them to come back multiple times, and switch fitter when they admitted that the fitter wasn't doing a good job. I wouldn't use Alexanders again.

Alexander Kitchens offered us an excellent service from design to completion. All the people doing the work displayed professionalism and dedication. The work included a complete removal of everything. All the various craftsmen proved their skills.
The administration staff were also very helpful and kept in touch during the works.
We have no hesitation in recommending Alexander Kitchens and would use them again if needed.

Overall, very impressed with the services provided by all the team at Alexanders for our new kitchen replacement; from our initial visit to the Horsham showroom through all the works carried out by the trades up to completion - big shout out to the Kitchen Fitters - did a great job, very professional and had to do some bespoke adjustments to the design which matched our on-site discussions and fitted in very well with the completed works.

From the first visit to the Horsham showroom to the final installation we couldn’t be happier. You get what you pay for and we’ve got a fantastic kitchen.

We have recently had a new kitchen installed by Alexander’s Worthing and their team at Masterfit. From planning through to completion, the service was excellent. Very friendly workman. Their craftsmanship could not be faulted. Always happy to discuss options with us and correct any problems. We now have a beautiful kitchen to use.

I decided to move house and then renovate during Covid. Highly ambitious yes, but, using the right people it proved a great success. Clearly, the kitchen was a key area in the home and with Alexander’s help it now looks stunning and even better than I imagined. Aaron was fantastic right from the planning stage to delivery which was on time despite the difficult conditions. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend the team at Alexander’s, Worthing.

We had a bathroom and kitchen fitted by Alexanders. We have a Grade 2 listed property and there were many challenges that the team had to overcome. Keith was a master craftsman and took all the difficulties he encountered in our bathroom in his stride. I would also like to mention Mark who went above and beyond to help us with our kitchen.

We chose Alexander Kitchens to do our bathroom after reading the reviews of the company. We were looking for a company that would supply the bathroom fixtures and fittings, fit out the bathroom and also project manage the work.
The showroom gave us a chance to see a large range of bathrooms. Aaron was very helpful and patient. The estimate, initial plans and pictures were emailed to us quickly. The planning process was smooth and efficient and throughout we were helped by suggestions of what might look nice. At no time did we feel pressured into making decisions.
There was a wait before they were able to fit the bathroom, but in the current climate you have to wait if you want good workmanship. Throughout the work process Theresa in the office kept us informed as to who would be visiting and when. The workmen all turned up on the expected days and they were always on time. Chris, our fitter, was amazing and he used his skill to sort out the problems with our antiquated and complex plumbing. Chris’s workmanship was amazing and cannot be faulted, he was excellent. The other tradesmen, tiler and electrician, were also good. We were impressed that the whole process was carried out with minimum mess and disruption, which considering we only have one toilet/bathroom was remarkable.
We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend the company

we used alexander/masterfit to design and install custom bedroom cupboards in our master bedroom . the service from designer to installers and post installation support was very very good. we are glad that we chose this local company and are really pleased with the cupboards.

Our new bathroom is just perfect. We chose good quality fixtures and fittings from the Worthing showroom and agreed a time frame with Alexander. All the fitters from Masterfit arrived exactly on schedule and carried out their work to a very high standard . Each week we were contacted by the office to ensure all was well. Highly recommended.

Having just moved house and being new to the area I chose a local company who could provide an all-in service to design, supply and install a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

There was a set back due to problem with suitability of basin caused by incompatibility of space available and what I wanted/needed but with discussion and trying different options it was eventually sorted out to my satisfaction.

Each and every one of the team of contractors were all really pleasant and their craftsmanship is second to none. It's always a bit difficult having workmen in the house for any length of time but they made it as easy and unobtrusive as possible. The office staff were also very pleasant to deal with.

After a prolonged project entirely due to the basin problem I now have a bathroom and cloakroom to be proud of.
