I’ve known Alex for two years now, and he’s always been incredibly helpful. During a particularly challenging time with my renovation—thanks to a contractor, OMG Projecten, who delivered quite a poor job—Alex was a real point of hope. He was always kind and went out of his way to help me solve issues like leakage.

Recently, I contacted him again for a different issue caused by another contractor, and as always, Alex has been friendly and willing to help. Of course, sometimes things take time because we’re all human, but if Alex says he’ll do something, you can count on him to follow through. He’s a trustworthy and intelligent guy, and I’m really grateful for his support!

We signed a contract with this company to have the bathroom renovated and was the worst experience we had.

Project and job poorly done, they started mid July, took by beginning of August the payment of 95% of the total amount, mid August we had to stop the project due to the fact that the radiator had to be removed via a third company managed from the VVE for security reasons and we did not know. After that, he left our home with the promise to come back in September.After the removal of the radiator we called him and asked to finalise the job, for which he took money in advance, but he never finished it and also was asking for extra money for working hours never done. Also, he refused to accept only the amount of the petrol he could spend by coming back to our home (reasonable approach since wasn't added any extras to the original renovation project) blaming and accusing us to have bored him by calling.

He and his subcontractors are not capable of doing this job, they couldn't even get the right size of the shower space (made 10cm undersized) or to assemble it in the correct direction which they refused to admit and fix this until my husband provided evidence by simply misuring it, even worse when his subcontractors used our kitchen sink to draw dirty cement water and clog it up.
