I have bought tunics from here for my buisness and they are always smart and a good fit. This time I bought a dress for the summer and has my buisness embroidered on it. I measure it and have always been a 10. The top was fine and it flared out and was huge on the hips. It was laughable. I used to wear dresses from here when I worked at the hospital looked fitted and smart, so I bought the same size. No refund due to the embroidery. Which was the price of the dress. So in all £45. No refund. So I would advise to try and not get customised making by my mistake.
