Ordered tunic and trousers, 2trousers sent, 1 sent back now tunic out of stock for over 1 week , going on site several times a day. If my original order had been sent wouldn’t be in this position now, very frustrated

Delivered items to wrong address
We had an order placed some weeks ago (in May) and was delivered to a Hotel lodging refugees by DHL further down the same street. We were charged for the items and we had to do a door to door visit to get out parcel recovered after 4 weeks nearly and Alexandra or DHL wasn't helpful in sorting this out. We finally found these items and were charged for return collection etc as well. No response from Alexandra following this and a detailed explanation following my request to investigate and raise a complaint with DHL.

I brought the more expensive work trousers but because I have to wash them after every shift they don’t look as good as the ones I have had previously, the colour is fading already

30 day returns
Oder some work wear in a couple of sizes. needed to return one size, went a day or two over the 30 days due to holiday. Unable to return due to STRICT 30 RETURNS POLICY. Web Chat was worthless, intransigent, repetitive and unable to offer any reasonable level of assistance. Email response was slow and and didn't offer a response, all communications didn't answer any questions other than to state a "STRICT 30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY". Apparently they have a warehouse that wont accepts unopened items in the same packaging and condition they were sent out in. So it's good enough for customers but not their warehouse. Needless to say won't be ordering again and will be deleting the account, will advise company buyers not to use.
