Ive made 5 purchases and had a good experience each time. Their fragrances are so so good too, often beating their niche competitors. Im very happy with this brand

Everything was 5* except for the fragrances which were not very similar to original.

They don’t accept returns if you don’t like the fragrances.

SO, only order the smallest amount they offer before you purchase a larger size. They make it more expensive to order smallest size but you’ll save money that way if you don’t like it. Wish I knew that before ordering.

I ordered two fragrances: OMBRE NOIR 2.0 and Bleu Memoire. Received the products yesterday. I tried and they both are terrible. They smell very weak. The "Bleu Memoire" does not smell anything like Bleu de Chanel. Total waste of money. The response I got from Alexandria UK was simply to give me a 20% discount for new orders. I'll not buy from them again.

I ordered La Dolce Vita, fast delivery, expensive and customs clearance to the European Union, the packaging and the bottle itself are top notch. I really love the original from Dolce Gabbana, but after the update it became less rich and deep. And this fragrance is a work of art, I honestly did not expect that there would be such a rich fougere bouquet, this is something extraordinary and magical, a deep combination of thick and unobtrusive brightness, exactly what I remembered from the original men's perfume. I do not know who writes bad reviews here, but I will only have the highest marks. Thank you very much and I recommend it to everyone who appreciates quality perfumes.

I purchased two fragrances from Alexandria Fragrances. Shipping was fast and the presentation/packaging is excellent. I was charged the appropriate amount on my credit card. The fragrances I ordered were not close to the originals. Ombré Noir 2.0 and The Ovation are unrecognizable. I don’t want to be mean because I believe someone, somewhere is trying to sell a passable product. The atomizers and bottles were excellent quality. But the fragrances do not pass. A $109 lesson YOU should not have to learn. Good luck.

The scent was bad at start but after a year it was better.

i've kept the bottle in the glovebox of my car together with versace and creed bottle for more than 2 years and recently moved the black panther bottle to my glovebox only 1 week. the alexandria bottle leaked completely empty from the casket/nozzle atachment. greedy alexandria claims that exposure to heat caused crimpage and cause of leaking empty. because of storing in glovebox warranty is voided. never happened to other brand perfumes in my glovebox that i have stored longer than 2 years. but they remove review from their website. if you are going to purchase any of their perfume in transparant bottles, i do recommend you to pay with creditcard to get a 2 year extended warranty for a chargeback because those greedy bastard mf will not compensate you anything if your bottle leaks completely empty, and make up their own theory to avoid paying you for damage or loss.

and wow!!! from uk to europe the shipping price is more expensive than from ordering something from China.

DO NOT BUY if you are in Canada. They ship it with UPS and you will end up paying DOUBLE because of the UPS brokerage fees. Horrible experience. Will never buy their fragrances again. I got a 30ml of Zion that ended up more expensive than an original fragrance (Elysium)

I wish I could give zero star. I bought a descovery set, and I would set, all fragrances had the same painful headache-causing base. On the surface, there is a bit of the original fragrance, but it's gone after a few minutes, and you are left with a huge headack. My 60 Euros, right to the waste bin.

Bought product that claimed to be a tom ford dupe for lost cherry...it smelled nothing like it, overwhelming almond smell...also read the fine print, you cannot easily make returns! It seems I was the one duped not tom ford

Utterly appaled at the Alexandria II Xerjoff clone I purcahsed. This smells utterly shocking and is the most chemical fragrance I have ever had my nose to. In terms of longevity this lasted no more than 2 hours. Don't waste your money on this and look elsewhere.

Ordered & received a 30ml bottle of Hawaii Volcano for $45 and received an $84 billing on my credit card.

Called the company without result; the owner was not able to reference the order....by name, date, product.

Mediocre to low quality perfumes in low quality packaging. Nonexistent customer service. I bought a 60ml perfume that lost 20ml during shipping. A third of the contents leaked into the packaging. I may have to write it off as a loss and throw it in the garbage as the smell coming from the packaging is really awful. I'm only holding on to it so I can return it. I'm not getting any signs of life from customer service. I might as well throw it out in the dumpster packaging and all.

It is a shame , as I found the quality of perfumes were very good and excellent dupes BUT their customer service is truly appalling.
The dispenser on their smallest size of perfume is a wind up container, this mechanism has now failed in the bottle of perfume that I bought 5 months ago . This bottle is at least 2/ 3 full still .
My first email was ignored , my second email was acknowledged with a curt , 5 months old can not help .
My third email pointing out that I can not access the 2/ 3 that is left....has been ignored .
So I am now done with this company.
Think carefully guys , a company is only as good as their products and customer service, and this one is a huge disappointment on one of those!

The scent smells very good however it doesn't last more than 30 minutes. I ordered the ferocity one and it honestly does not last at all. A big scam in my opinion because I spent alot of money on this and I heard all this hype but it's ALL HYPE.

Also I put a review on their actual website but they keep removing it. Which just goes to show they have nothing to say and they don't even have the decency to respond or atleast refund me

Didn’t smell like it was suppose to and it made me feel sick, didn’t offer a refund or exchange. Disappointed with service. Also perfume bottle was not sealed when it arrived which means it could have already been used.

Fast delivery. First time buyer. Very impressed. Nostalgia perfume. Absolutely top draw. Looks like I will be buying some more other fragrances from Alexandria. Fantastic and professional from my first experience.

When I made my purchase I had not read the bad reviews, so I was feeling a little worried about my order. However it arrived on time! Along with a little sample :)
The fragrance itself is absolutely gorgeous so 5 stars from me.

Bought a Perfume 2 months ago had a problem picking up the perfume from the post office. Package got returned and i have kept contacting them about my refund. Awful customer service, AVOID AT ALL COST!
