Delivery failure and poor custome experience
Ordered a jacket from Alex Jones and paid my money - here we are over 3 weeks later and still not delivered. Every time I chase I’m advised it’s on its way and get a new courier link and told I will receive it in 2/3 days and then not received! Still want the jacket so hanging on in there before I claim a refund but losing patients!
