Working with Alex has been absolutely transformational for my business.

When we started working together last summer (August 2024), I thought things were going pretty well — I even set a goal to double my sales within a year. Fast forward to now, and my sales have actually increased fivefold! It’s honestly incredible, and I put the majority of that success down to working with Alex.

I’ve always had a lot of ideas but often found them muddled or hard to turn into action. Alex has this amazing ability to help me pull everything out of my head, get clear on what matters, and turn it into a plan with real steps and accountability. She doesn’t just let me talk about ideas — she helps me act on them, checks in, and keeps me focused on moving forward strategically.

She also has this gentle way of pushing me outside of my comfort zone — encouraging me to try new things and take small, brave steps that I might not have taken before. My business has gone from being quite reactive to having a clear, longer-term strategy that grows stronger every time we work together.

On top of all that, Alex genuinely cares. She celebrates my wins as if they’re her own and is always there with support and encouragement when things don’t go to plan. Having her in my corner — especially when my friends and family don’t really ‘get’ business life — has been invaluable. She just gets it.

"I was first introduced to Alex through my brother, who recommended her because he liked her down-to-earth approach. He found her to be more realistic than a lot of business coaches out there who focus solely on mindset. Overall, working with Alex as my business and mindset coach has been a lovely experience. When I first reached out to Alex I wanted help around building community and reach on social media to get on top of this in the right way and early on in my business journey.

The session completely exceeded my expectations (which were already pretty high after attending the workshop in December). I went away with really clear, actionable steps that were really manageable.

The most valuable takeaway was definitely around the idea of running networking events and workshops - something that I originally thought was a little beyond where I was at this stage in my business, however she made me feel much more confident around this.

I followed Alex on Instagram for a while and was drawn in by the helpful content she was putting out. After joining one of her planning workshops on Q4 I felt like she was the perfect fit for me as a person. Kind, understanding and able to give me tasks to do and hold me accountable for that.

Overall, the experience of working with Alex has been really helpful! I feel like some of the sessions were almost therapy sessions where I did a lot of work on mindset and how I look at myself, my business and how I put myself out there. I learnt a lot about myself.

Before working with Alex I felt like in business I was getting somewhere, I had the right ideas but I needed someone to support me putting all those thoughts and ideas into action. In terms of my mindset I felt like I knew a lot already from following online business coaching courses but that wasn't entirely true.

Looking towards the future, I know a lot better what I'm doing now when it comes to launching an online programme. It's one thing to have an idea and create the programme but it's another to actually put it out there and do the marketing day in day out to get seen by as many people as possible. My mindset on my business has changed. On the one hand, I have realised I am not enjoying the relentless marketing of selling a course but I know I can do it now without feeling cringe. On the other hand is has opened my eyes to what I already have: a community. And how I can use my business to thrive within that community by leaning more towards events (which is what I really like!).

What have been some of the key things that I achieved with Alex’s support were:

1. Creating an actual proper launch plan with proper funnel, social media plan and schedule on when to market your product
2. Following said launch plan and sticking to it until you see results because they will come!
3. On a personal level: I feel so confident now about other ways of working on my business and it has opened so many doors

I really enjoyed chatting to Alex in our sessions. Like I said, it sometimes felt like I was in a therapy session or I was talking to a friend about a problem I had. I guess as a small business owner who works solo, that's what I really needed.

The experience of working with Alex as a coach has been incredible, we have achieved so much in the last 6 months! The leader I was before we started working together is a much stronger 'beast' There have been high and low points on the journey where I have had to build up my confidence and truly come to terms with how powerful a voice that I have.

Before we started working together, I had recently had to restructure my office team and the trust in some of my team members had been broken which was then reflecting on everyone else in the office because I didn't know who I could trust

I was also at the point of burn out where I felt like I was carrying the office team which prevented me from growing the business. I had lost my voice and was reacting rather than leading.

In terms of how I feel now, I have a solid business plan moving forwards and more importantly (I believe) I have the strength to see it through and the self-belief that I hold more cards than I had previously realise.

I had been telling myself a different story and gathering evidence to prove it, but the reality was completely different, so now I am looking for more and more evidence to reinforce my new beliefs.

In terms of where I was at with my business / mindset before working together; I felt that I had reached a certain point in the business and was ready to elevate it to the next level but I was unclear about how to do this and also unsure of exactly which direction I wanted to take things.



I had recently gone through a rebrand and this brought up a lot of questions for me about the type of services I wanted to offer, who I wanted to attract and what was my USP. In some ways I should have had some coaching first in order to help me answer some of these things.

I've attended three of Alex's business strategy and mindset events, and when looking objectively at the progression stages of my business, these have always been the identifiable catalysts for growth and the points at which I've been re-enthused and energised to push forwards.

Alex's style is so motivational and supportive. It inspires the best version of you to come out and be seen and I am so grateful to have come into her orbit.

I recently attended Alex's small business workshop "How to grow your business in 2024". I spoke with Alex beforehand about how I was feeling and she reassured me. This was the same at the event, Alex checked in with me (and of course everyone) on arrival and made sure to ask me again if I was feeling ok. This really meant a lot to me and made me feel heard and actually I felt great. I really enjoyed the style of the workshop and without giving too much away the great ideas around limiting self-beliefs and how to reframe them and new ideas such as Wheel of Work. I really enjoyed Alex's friendly but professional style of presenting, she immediately made everyone feel at ease and provided an ice breaking exercise that everyone enjoyed?!
I cannot wait to attend another one of these and to work with Alex again in the future. Alex was passionate and this showed through her knowledge and examples she was able to give about her own experiences as a business owner. I highly recommend anyone considering a workshop or to work more closely with Alex to go for it and sign up now. I am so pleased that I did.

I have worked with Alex previously online during covid times and attended her recent event which was face to face in Bedford.

I initially booked in a VIP day with Alex as I just felt in a rut with my business and felt I needed a direction to work towards to push me forward. I knew dedicating a whole day to focus on all things business would be the best way to do just that.

My thoughts on the overall VIP day experience were that it was great! It felt relaxed and more like a conversation as opposed to a pressured day to achieve certain goals. Before spending the day together I felt ready to start taking action but needed a push which I gained from the day. Now I’m feeling happy, I still have doubts and I am having to work out the best way to grow but again knowing I now have a plan means I can take the small steps needed to achieve those goals.

I can't recommend Alex's Instagram summer school enough!
She broke the teaching down into 8 specific modules and enabled me to see how beneficial Instagram is to build my business for the better.
I loved the marketing module and how Alex said to break down the themes into 5 sections for different social media posts.
Alex explained everything so well and helped me on a 1:1 basis after the training with a tailored session which was brilliant!

I first booked onto Alex’s Instagram Summer School course as I was being told by business mentors that I needed a social media presence but I avoided it and made all the excuses why I shouldn't be on it, through fear of judgement, negativity and just putting myself out there. I had no idea of where or how to start with Instagram and I knew that I would just keep putting it off if I didn't have some help to get started.

The course has been excellent and having the videos of the classes on Facebook to replay has been incredibly helpful.

Looking ahead I can say that having these Instagram lessons was, by far, the best thing I did to give me the confidence to use it. I know I have more to learn but I definitely feel like I'm on the right tracks with it now.

Within the course, Alex also showed us how to use Canva and that has been a game changer for me - so useful, not just for Instagram, so I feel like I got more out of Instagram school than just Instagram.

My overall VIP day experience with Alex was AMAZING. In terms of my business / mindset before the day, I felt confused, unclear and afraid. Now I’m feeling excited, prepared and clear on how to make the next steps in my business.

I decided to join Alex’s Instagram Summer School course as I’ve just started my own business and don’t really know much about using Instagram. Also I’ve been to a few of Alex’s business groups /retreat day and have found Alex’s knowledge sooo helpful and just drawn to her as a coach.

It was a brilliant course! I loved how you could walk through the class at the same time as putting it into action. The information was really clear and easy to understand and no question felt silly to ask. Learnt soooo much!

Before doing the course I felt nervous, apprehensive and lost when it came to Instagram. Whereas I am now feeling positive, confident and exited to see where Instagram can take my business.
