Deceptive Airport Pickup & Hidden Fees
Despite clearing international immigration in only 40mins with luggage, the driver failed to meet us at arrivals as advertised (we were 15mins earlier than estimated but were happy to wait). Instead, we were told to walk to the car park, when we got there we called him again and he took a further 5-10 minutes to come, so we were waiting in the cold for no reason. When he finally arrived, he intentionally drove past us to the parking payment machine, where he then forced us to pay the parking ticket— if paying for parking he could have just met us at arrivals. Although head office told us we could deduct the parking fee from the fare, the driver pressured us into paying it anyway. A completely stressful bait-and-switch experience
