Scam website

Our account was deleted without any reason. The response from support was very slow and almost ignored. I don’t recommend that you continue to use it. Our account was deleted without giving us any money. It’s a complete scam.

This website keeps on charging me 14.99$ though I have 0 active subscriptions, I have uselessly talked to the support several times but got no where. Never upgrade to premium as you’ll continue on being charged even after you cancel your subscription!

Very Slow. Download keeps breaking. Even tried some download managers. Doesn't help at all. I should have researched before paying. Now trying to get money back.

I joined their alliance and pushed someone to buy a premium member through me, but they didn't pay me 50% commission and blocked my account.

The last time I subscribed to their premium service I contacted them about the extremely slow downloads and network errors I was getting. the assured me they were working on it and would have it resolved soon.That's was March of 2019.
Well here it is October of 2019 and their premium services still sucks.

Total scam!
Buy another hosting service.

Scam of a company. Takes your money but then closes your account for spurious reasons, and won't engage. Issued a chargeback and reported them to Mastercard as a fraudulant site.

You have to pay to download files larger than a gigabyte?

I only ordered because I really needed firmware file to recover my phone I paid for subscription only to get an error that the file doesn't exist!! and there is no way to search for the file on there website because they Do not index the files on their server. How stupid is that? No refund policy is also place!! so i just wasted money on nothing!!!!! maybe I should upload ghost files that people desperately need so I can make my money back!!!

Site didn't work as advertised, dodgy outfit. Signed up to pay, however the download stops every few seconds so couldn't download the file. Also the support contact is hidden in the site, no ownership of site, company or people involved. Issued a chargeback against the site. Be warned!

if you're considering using alfafile, ask yourself a couple of questions, namely, why are its owners are not listed on the site? And, why is there no company address listed on the site?

Then ask yourself "Do I trust this outfit with my data?"

The answer should be a definite "NO"
