The best service I've ever received during my umrah was from Alfalah Journey from Canada, who accompanied me to Makkah last month. Professional drivers made the journey from Makkah to Madinah very comfortable, and after I landed from Calgary to Jeddah, there was no waiting to complete umrah. Excellent folks. I suggest Alfalah for your Umrah conveyance.

My experience was not good. The driver who picked us up from the airport, was called Abdullah and was lovely. The driver call Zulfikar was the one who picked us up for the Ziyarats in Mecca. He did not explain anything and when taken to Mount Thawr he just pointed my husband to it rather than explaining that the stop is just 20 minutes. My husband climbed up and me and my 3 children sat in the car as it was hot. I asked him if I could go and buy drinks he goes we will go in a bit nothing near by whereas when we drove down I noticed there was. I said to him if he could take me and my kids fir the rest of the tour and we will come back for my husbsnd but said no we will wait even though he sayd it was going to take him 2.5 hours easily. He rang the company and was told that drop them back off to their hotel which was 5 minutes away and don’t take them on other ziyarts. Where he said I want to charge them 200 Riyal if I do. I waited until my husbsnd returned when he asked for 200 Riyal extra to finish ziyarat off. We said we won’t as this is pre-payed in the package befire leaving the UK. I got in touch with Imaani travel aswel but they couldn’t do nothing. Advised us to pay as it is poor communication between the driver and your husband. We got dropped off to the hotel and booked a green taxi and did ziyarts with the driver who was lovely snd more professional than this company drivers. I will never use this service again, drivers are late and the one I’m aiming at was lazy. Got o pop aid fir sitting there for 2.5 hours while we were all do thirsty especially my youngest child who is 8.

This is one of the best companies out there they are professional reliable and most of all they charge reasonable price and they message you to remind you a day before your travel and let you know who your driver will be and what time he will be waiting for you and that was exactly as they said the driver was there waiting on time so we didn’t have to worry.
