This is amazing store, a lot of options produts, closes , bags , shoes and acessories ,the girls are excellent in reception.

The dress was ordered on 7th July and was delivered around 3 days later. However, the dress was too tight so I returned this on 14th July. 21 days later I have still not had my refund. I have emailed a couple of times but have had no response

I bought a beautiful dress here today.
The staff were very helpful and kind.
This is the second dress I have bought from Aliacouture. The first was for my daughters prom and the second was for myself.
Will definitely be back again.

I purchased a elegant dress for my daughter , it was wonderful , fitting was perfect according to my daughter and the consultant (LUIS) helped alot , great customer service , lovely staff .

We bought our daughter's Prom dress from Alia Couture and it is the best shop where you can find your dream dress for any occasion. All are so special! Lewis assisted us in a very professional way to find the right size and model. Great customer service when the dress arrived! Strongly recommend!

What can I say about Alia Couture except for providing a 5* exceptional customer service. They will go that extra mile, and go above and beyond and will exceed your expectations.

My experience:-
Daughter had found her Prom Dress at another store - wrong colour and size. We went away feeling very deflated and under pressure to find 'The dress'. Alia Couture came up as being a stockist and saved the day. I contacted via Whats App on a Sunday not expecting a response....but no I received a response immediately. They said that it looked as if they had 1 dress in stock but they would have to check the store the following day and get back to me. Would they get back to me I wondered. YES THEY DID!! Received a message first thing to confirm. So I ordered the dress and awaited confirmation of dispatch. I was able to track via the DPD website but 2 days had gone by and no update and it was meant to be next day delivery. Again I contacted Alia Couture via Whats App and again received an immediate response. They contacted DPD directly and due to DPD's internal issues a number of parcels had not been collected from a number of sites. But they had assured Alia Couture that they would collect and deliver the following day. To my relief the dress did arrive the following day and my daughter was over the moon.

Alia Couture will go that extra mile and go above and beyond to ensure that the customer receives a 5* service. A lot of companies could well learn a thing or two from this company.

If you are in any doubt about ordering from Alia Couture dismiss those doubts straight away and order. You will not be disappointed. Would 100% order again.

Had an unbelievably positive experience at Alia Couture.
My daughter thought she had already found THE dream dress at another store, we’d paid a deposit and we were visiting London helping a friends daughter find THEIR dream dress. This was all undone on visiting this store! The range and quality of dresses is stunning and straight away my daughter found the most beautiful dress that she instantly fell in love with. The staff were really professional, friendly and made my daughter feel like a princess.
I wasn’t able to purchase at the time as I needed to try and get my deposit back on the other dress 🤦🏻‍♀️ so once that was done, I contacted the store later that evening via WhatsApp after they were closed and they came back to me straight away, I purchased online and the dress was delivered 2 days later.
The level of customer service from start to finish was outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing store 🙂. Thank you so much!
