My previous sale was smoothly verified but the next sale had an issue but it is just the same shoes and sku after all

Best platform to sell on. Easily quickest delivery site on sales. Also quickest payment for any site. I am still waiting 6 days after sale for another platform to transfer funds. I'm sure everyone knows who I am referring to.

I enjoy the process of selling items through alias. I'm sure I am not alone in wishing for lower seller fees, but everything else in the process over a few years selling on the platform has been exemplary. The search engine... the market data... the notifications... the shipping process... is seamless. The interactions with the alias customer service team are always pleasant. Finally, I never receive spam from "buyers" as happens with one of the other platforms.

Had no issue with this company previously, selling never used to be an issue however my recent J1 Lost & Found i decided to co-sign with alias, I sent the shoe off to them with DHL and has been delivered… more than two weeks ago and they still haven’t verified it or given me any sort of update. This company needs to go in the bin, now seeing others reviews i’m fearful that i’m going to lose my shoes and money!! If i were you, i would stay clear of this company they’re utter dog crap.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now and still go treated like dirt. The disrespect is real. I only sell things under 150$ now because you're workers will steal my high priced items like they have done in the past to me and my friends. Multiple people have been affected and we almost started a class action lawsuit but you all are so petty and will never take accountabily so what's the point? Until you do get all the bad apples out Ill be selling majority on stockx and ebay

I had set up a withdrawal to my USD account from alias for $8260.06 USD on March 5 2025. Days go by, no money, no update. After countless emails to support, they finally respond and say one of my details was incorrect, and they sent me a link to update them. I did, and they said they’ll retry the payment. Days go by and still nothing, so I ask them to redo the payment as Canadian dollars. In the meantime, I had another lump sum of $8081.81 USD which I withdrew into my Canadian dollar account on March 13 2025. After emailing a few more times, they finally respond about the first withdrawal from March 5 (which I still haven’t gotten) and said “hi, looks like the funds have already been withdrawn successfully on March 13 2025.” There are 2 separate amounts on 2 separate dates and they cannot differentiate??? They are outright playing games and providing false information. Any issue you have goes right to a ticket to agents who have no idea what they’re talking about. I’m going directly to the better business bureau.

Had shoes saying they got delivered then updated to lost in transit.. customer service is only thru email.. and in order to get a refund you have to do all the work and file a claim/police report..

They make your sale faster and secure, and at soon you sell something and shipped to be check they have your money ready , great platform love it

Be more understanding. I had a shoe that I deactivated a while agoo. But for some reason it still sold. I tried contacting you guys about it but didn't hear me out. Not only that but It also raised my commission to 15% instead of 9%
