I booked a flight via Alibaba.ir that was canceled by the airline. I was entitled to a full refund, but the app only offered 75%.

After waiting up to an hour on hold, a representative confirmed I was eligible for a 100% refund and advised me to reject the app's offer and reapply. I did so, but the system repeatedly offered 75%, and eventually dropped to 70% on my third attempt. Needing funds urgently to rebook, I was forced to accept the reduced amount.

While the customer service agents are polite, the company fails to honor their promises. Between the extensive hold times and misleading financial practices, I strongly advise against using this travel agency.

They did not refund my money after the cancellation. According to their website, they state that the ticket price will be refunded with only a 10% deduction. However, after I canceled and requested the refund, I did not receive my money back.

They are scammers. They scammed me with this website. These people have no honor whatsoever. They will lie before your eyes and manipulate your account informations to hide their scams.

Nima Qazi, as the founder, is responsible for scamming people.
