The wig I ordered isn’t 16 inches straight even hair nor the quality hair on the site I paid $139 and some change lm very disappointed .What are you going to do about fixing this problem? I trusted you with my choice above the other sites Thank You Phyllis Wilson

I have not received my wig and it’s been a week. Their website states shipping takes 3-5 business days. I made multiple attempts to communicate with the company and they will not respond to emails, dms, or their whatsapp number. They charged my account and it still says the order has not even yet been processed.

I ordered a wig from this company and what I received is NOT the wig that was ordered or the wig shown in pictures advertising the wig. The length is also inaccurate. I ordered a 12 inch and received what appears to be 10 inches or less. The ends are very, very thin and the hair is dense. I always read reviews before ordering from companies and I failed to do so this time. Huge failure on my part. Never again on 2 parts. Never will I order from this company again and never will I fail to look up reviews. This purchase was a waste of money. No response from the company either. Do Not be fooled by the pictures of their wigs. It is NOT what you will receive.

The wig is not what they say. It is brown in color like they took the hair off of a baboon. I ordered several times and all the same results. There was a order I placed and I canceled it before they can send it. They sent it anyway forcing me to purchase the item. If I return it back to China it’s gonna cost me $200. If I refuse the package or return it to sender there’s no guarantee they’re going to receive it. Don’t fool with this company.

I ordered my wig April 6th and it says I was supposed to got my wig on the 8th still haven’t received it . Then I check ups it says rescheduled delivery and also says the shipper hasn’t sent the package . I’ve tried getting in touch with the hair company no one reaches back out then says 12 hours for a response still no response I believe it’s a scam . And I needed this wig for my birthday next week and already made my hair appointment for this Friday wasted money ..

I still have yet to receive my order and it hasn’t even been shipped out yet it’s been over two weeks . I tried reaching out to the number on whatsapp & it states message blocking is active. Help! I need to talk with a human being not a recording or 3rd party . Someone who actually works in this business. Please

The wig is to big and the hair irritates my neck

I had to put 1 star in order to make this review but they deserve 0. I placed an order on the 18th then canceled a day or 2 later cause I found one locally and purchased. Once cancelation was confirmed, they charged me again then refunded. When I sent them screen shots of the 2 charges 1 on the 19th (initial purchase date) I was charged again at 3:06A.M this morning 2/22/22. They tried to tell me this was a refund pending but we all know the difference (-) means charge and (+) means refund. On both charge dates there is a (-) next to both amounts. Now they are no longer responding. Do not trust Alibonnie or there products. There are no real positive reviews, they are generic and vague. Real reviews are descriptive.

So ordered from alibonnie and my experience go better Mrs Linda reached out to several times with updates on my order I appreciate so much and it's shipped and expedited I was so happy to see her respond so quickly 😀 an she accommodated me for any inconvenience just waiting so product I'll do another review when it arrive thanks alibonnie especially linda

This company never let me down, the customer service is excellent the hair is lit. Definitely recommend if you need good quality hair.

Alibonnie Hair Is actually a scam. I would be suspicious of all the reviews that say the product is excellent. I was shipped a curly wig that was advertised as 14 inch but was actually 8 inches STRETCHED! When I asked them for a refund they told me through a sketch text to wash it and restyle totally disregarding the fact that it’s not even the right length. They have left me on read for 10 days. I’m thankful I paid through PayPal because I know PayPal will handle it but to charge me $140 for a wig that looks nothing like the advertisement is a total scam. Do not purchase!!

They just lied and said that the picture is more than 14 inches (they deleted that response but I want you all to know this) They are so lucky that Trustpilot does not have an option to upload pictures. Do not buy from them!! As you can see below, they will lie on you instead of providing you good customer service. See how they want me to spend $50 of my own money to ship back a wig to CHINA— a wig that they falsely advertised! They have not emailed me at all, just a sketchy text asking me to wash and restyle. I have no emails from them. It seems like they have responded to PayPal directly when I escalated the issue so PayPal is looking into it. It’s out of my hands now. But look at how they are requiring me to spend my own money to send it back when they sent me the wrong wig. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The other reviews are likely false guys!

I love the hair but it’s too short. I am getting 18 inches next time.

I'm missing important event because I didn't relieve my order. And in a low income family and can't afford to just up and buy more hair. I have another inportant event coming up and I really needed the hair not to take a month to get here

Unresponsive. I requested a cancellation. I haven’t heard from customer service, but I received a request for a review. I ordered on 12/23/21 and on 1/3 it still has not been processed.
