Don't buy from this site. Nothing but scammers . And when you want a refund you get nothing. So if you want to waste your time and money,go and buy from AliExpress

The seller sent me the wrong part number. The seller and the Ali express solution department wanted me to pay the shipping, and they gave me a deadline of 10 days. Ali express supports the seller and not the buyer. He's the worst seller. Never think of buying something from him. I will delete my account from Ali Express. It's not the first time.

I purchased a walkie talkie for £13 incl five day delivery (UK price £35). Arrived on time and excellent genuine product. Amazon sellers are probably drop shipping from Ali Express anyway.

this app is not recommended for purchasing any item over 50 euro. it is full of scammers and are protected by AliExpress. there is no picture upload option otherwise you can see in the pictures the seller does not have the item and still AliExpress supports its Chinese scammers and now i have to wait 42 days for order to be cancelled. aliexpress has a default setting of refund as a bonus. never ever take that or you will curse yourself because you will become there hostage and there is nothing that you can do. you have to do shopping or get scammed. amazon and other platform are far better than aliexpress.

Fake counterfeit products with customer service being a service to serve you more counterfeit junk.

Bought some guitar strings. Only made in USA. They were fake and counterfeit. Took them into an authorized dealer who provided an official analysis that they were not original.

Provided this to Aliexpress. Aliexpress asked the vendor and the vendor showed some faked certificate.

No refund. Nothing.

Threw the strings in the trash.

Shipping took a little while but it was nothing absurd. They do have some REALLY great deals that I think are totally worth it. I haven't tried to return anything so I can't speak there, but they say they do refunds if something is wrong with your product.

Being notified of my package's journey was also really nice, so I didn't feel paranoid about it being lost or delivered elsewhere. All in all, my order arrived in a timely manner and I'm not disappointed for the price I paid. Excellent value for money

Terrible Terrible Terrible company! DO NOT ORDER! They are really sweet and kind but it’s all a scam ! They do NOTHING ! I could write a long review about my experience with them but I haven’t got the emotional energy to go there ! They are EVIL beware ! Total scammers 😡

AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Returned 4 items and have not received a refund for any of them. You can spend days speaking to customer service who promise the earth but do nothing. Just save yourself the hassle that I and many many others have had and buy elsewhere.

So third review in 7 days !!! Why because it’s needed to warn others of this diabolical scam. The way in which they say “we will look into it and help”. “Don’t worry we sort of out for you” it’s all rubbish they do nothing ! They knew my seller sold me fake faulty rubbish costing me £138 they didn’t offer a refund if I returned the items until I stated I had throw the item away so they knew there was no way in returning items ! The actual seller does not respond or offer any support ! Disgusting! Cancelling all the other items purchased and closing account !

The items are cheaper than other uk web sites but I did not receive my order due to wrong or no address on package this was Royal Mail and as I could only send copy on tracking site I was going round in circles trying to get a refund so had to ask Paypal to step in and they refunded me. I will never buy anything more from this Ali Express again.

I returned a smartphone according to the times and methods provided by their website but once the package was delivered to one of the warehouses here in Italy they let me know that they will not refund me because the package arrived empty. We are talking about a phone costing almost 350 euros!! I have tried to contact them several times, they reply via chat trying to reassure you but then in the end you get the classic email in English with a laconic NO REFUND without providing much explanation
It is clear that the contents of the package have been lost or more likely STOLEN, I certainly do not make returns with EMPTY packages (but it seems that this is normal for them) they obviously do not respond and do not provide any proof in this regard, placing the responsibility on us poor customers saying that the fault is only ours because we send packages without contents and therefore they are required not to refund. However, I won't stop and I have already filed a complaint against these scammers, be very careful if you order something from them, especially if it's valuable things, if you care about your money, forget it!!

Another Chinese business that thrives off low values and inferior quality of products, and NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all, so I'm a new customer, and as a new customer this business offers FREE gifts to draw in future clients !!! Or is it a Deceptive sales strategy used by the business ? On making my order a message pops up stating to choose a free gift as part of there introduction and sales, when you eventually go pay for your items the FREE gifts vanish, and you left with your inferior purchases. Beware of this business, go spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

This company offers cheap products but it will not let me place the order. It says there is a security risk. I am paying from a verified paypal business account, which i have used to make 4 purchases today without a problem... so what is the security risk?

I was also given a complimentary discount coupon when i landed on the site. Then when i had my payment blocked one of the options was "try removing the coupon". So you give customers a coupon but then you wont let the customer checkout unless they remove the coupon... What is all that about??

Also the customer support is terrible. No real people just bots on the chat and no telephone support.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on AliExpress. The customer service is absolutely rubbish and their overall service is equally terrible. The seller I ordered from cancelled my order without my permission and refused to send the item. Despite charging a lot of taxes, they failed to deliver on their promises. Every time I raised a complaint, it was never resolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using AliExpress again.

AliExpress are scammers. Do not buy from this site; the products never arrive. When you file a complaint about not receiving your items, they ask for proof that you didn’t receive them. In reality, they should provide evidence from the carrier confirming delivery.

For instance, on June 12, my purchase was marked as being with the courier in my city, ready for delivery. Over several days, the status indicated that the delivery was delayed, and I was asked to excuse the delay. Then, suddenly, on June 19, the status changed to 'delivered,' but nothing had arrived at my house.

I contacted them multiple times, and they kept asking for proof that I didn’t receive the item, which is impossible to provide. Instead, they should have to show me proof that the purchase was delivered to my address or another location if that were the case. I wholeheartedly recommend not wasting your money, as this company is a scam. I regret not checking the reviews on Google before making the purchase; if I had, I would have seen numerous negative comments and avoided this trouble.

Beware of this company, they cheating on my retuning items and I lost £46. CHINESE APPS CAN NOT BE TRUST!!!!
