Don't buy or you will lose money

Don't buy or you will lose money. Here's why: 1 month ago I bought a few electronic items from AliExpress. I couldn't find the parcel. The seller didn't respond and AliExpress wrote that they would help. It turned out that the seller sent to the wrong address. AliExpress required proof that the parcel was addressed incorrectly. Of course, Parcelforce officially replied to me that due to the fact that the address on the parcel was different than mine, they can't send me any document confirming due to data protection. It ended with the seller not responding, taking the money, and AliExpress closed the case and I was left with nothing. I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE BECAUSE IN THE EVENT OF A SIMILAR SITUATION YOU WILL NOT RECOVER YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY ALIEXPRESS TO RECEIVE A REFUND! Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company. They took £78.88 from my PayPal account and despite many emails, they have not delivered the robot cleaner. No stars is not available but should be NO STARS.
AliExpress told PayPal the delivery was made but NO PHOTO PROOF of delivery has been sent to my email. Beware the vast numbers of complaints about this company, and none delivery.
AliExpress Customer Services is absolutely no use and simply repeats its useless previous statements.
My advice AVOID ALIEXPRESS and only buy UK from Amazon or EBAY. UK

Once again they lied and scammed me

Once again they lied and scammed me. I paid for headphones that were counterfeit and they refunded me 0.04 cent for fake headphones that I paid a total of €24.49 with real proof to back it up. You even sent me an e-mail telling me that the total refund was 24.49 € and you refunded me 0.04 €. What kind of scammer are you? I want my full refund, you incompetent bunch of bastardss, shame on you. I won't rest until I've received the refund I'm owed. Order number 3041950835796750.

You want to do the same thing to me with the figurine of vegeta by refunding me the sum of 0,06 € whereas I paid the figurine 34,39 € they even said to me by email that I would be refunded 34,39€ for the figurine sue I returned and they also said to me that I would receive the refund of the counter way of the ear-phones the sum of 24,49€. So in total the sum of 58.88€ of course the seller who sold me the earphones the wrong way has nothing to as by chance they continue to let scammers sell their product with impunity without any penalty. I want my 58.88€ refund this time and I won't be shy about showing you to my Snapchat of 12.910 followers !!!! Order number of the figurine 3041950835856750.

Disgusted - do not use

Disgusted. Ordered a car part, took 2 months then all that was delivered was a piece of plastic wrapping marked photo only.... this is just for them to prove that something was delivered and there is no way of getting your money back. Do not use these scammers!

I placed an order for a 100Ah 60V Electric Car Lithium Battery (model 18650, waterproof) from the seller Shop1103681406 on May 18, 2024. After a long wait, I finally received the package on July 11, 2024, which took a total of 54 days.

Initially, I suspected the item might be faulty, but it has become clear to me that this was a scam. Instead of receiving a genuine 100Ah battery, I received a battery that weighs only 3.6kg, while a legitimate 100Ah battery should weigh between 17-40kg. This discrepancy in weight was my first indication that something was wrong.

On July 16, 2024, I activated buyer protection after numerous attempts to contact the seller. AliExpress informed me that I would need to pay for the return shipment, with the promise that the seller would cover these costs. I followed through and returned the item on August 1, 2024, using tracking number CO971615418RO. However, as of August 20, 2024, the package has been stuck in Chinese customs, awaiting necessary paperwork from the seller. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the seller regarding this situation, which makes it evident that they are unwilling to assist.

I have contacted AliExpress multiple times regarding my situation, and while they assure me that I will be refunded, 60 days have passed since I activated buyer protection without any resolution. The seller Shop1103681406 appears unresponsive and seems to be closing down their shop, as there are no items available.

Additionally, I noticed another seller, likely associated with the first (Shop1104080437), is offering a similar 100Ah battery for just 5kg (the whole package). This raises red flags, as it further indicates potential fraudulent activity within the platform.

I'm deeply concerned that my experience reflects a lack of oversight and accountability on AliExpress's part. I feel scammed and doubt I will ever see my money again. With 120 days since my order and no product or refund received, I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by both the seller and AliExpress's buyer protection program. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making a purchase.

The Aliexpress support is very bad. my history
I bought an item that should have been sent from France (AVOID A SCAM SELLER: Electronic Technology Store). the shipping time was 6-7days....
but the seller sends from China! and u cannot cancel the order! Aliexpress support sent me a stupid answer: .... the seller has extended the preparation time for your item. As a result, we regret to inform you that there is currently no option to cancel your order. ...If the seller cannot send it in 36 days.....
36 days??? I bought it because the ad said that the shipping time is 7 days!!! from France to Sweden! The seller is lying! I should be able to cancel my order!

resolution reached with full refund issued

AliExpress used to be a reliable platform where you could find good deals, but after my recent nightmare of an experience, I will never use this site again. I ordered items from five different stores, spending around £50. When the items reached my destination, the incompetent local courier (Evri) failed to deliver them. I have no idea why.

Contacting Evri was a joke; I was only met with automated responses saying my items were returned to the sender. I reached out to the sellers, providing proof that the items were en route back to them, but none of them lifted a finger to help.

Turning to AliExpress customer service was equally futile. They advised me to open a dispute, which I did, only to be denied a refund because they claimed the items were still with Evri. Meanwhile, Evri insisted the items were returned to the sender.

This has confirmed every negative stereotype about Chinese companies being deceitful and fraudulent. Despite doing a lot of business with them and gradually building trust, this experience has shattered any confidence I had. From now on, I will avoid Chinese businesses altogether and opt for products from other countries, like Turkey, where I can expect quality and honesty.

****Review Update*****

Thanks to Trustpilot, AliExpress reached out to resolve my issue, and a full refund was issued after their investigation. It was discovered that the courier had destroyed the parcel without returning it to the seller, which I find inexplicable. I feel sorry for the vendors because it was entirely the courier's fault.

That being said, I would consider shopping on AliExpress in the future, but only if Evri is not involved. I have had similar issues with them with a different vendor in the UK, proving that this courier company is unreliable.

This resolution has put my mind at ease for now. I would advise AliExpress to investigate any customer complaints thoroughly before hastily reaching a conclusion.

WARNING: ARSHA Lighting Store are scammers!

WARNING: Arsha Lighting Store are scammers. Do not buy from them! I purchased 4x "8 watt" stage laser effects projectors from this seller called Arsha. They claimed that the output power of these lasers are 8 watts. I had my doubts that they would be 8w so after I received them I tested the output of all 4 lasers with 2 different laser power test meters and all readings were between 4-5 watts max.

I have asked the seller to replace the laser modules inside the projectors with genuine 8watt modules but they have refused to do so and it appears that Aliexpress is protecting and siding with the seller.

The seller sent me a copy of a video of someone testing a laser module that looks similar to the modules inside the projectors I purchased and their test meter shows 7.6 watts. That module they were "testing" is obviously NOT the same as the modules in my projectors and could be one that the seller selected to show that reading. They just continue with the scam. The seller probably assumes that most buyers of this equipment would probably not measure the output power of these lasers so would never know they have been scammed!

I have been working with professional stage laser systems for 35 years and purchased these to try out as they were fairly cheap. Obviously for a reason!

ARSHA have since removed the webpage that advertises these lasers in an attempt to stop customers seeing my review.

As long as ARSHA refuse to resolve this issue and Aliexpress does nothing, I will continue to post this all over the internet.

I have just been told that my case is closed because I did not send the product back. I have contacted them many times and I have not received any message back. They scammed me and my wife!
1. They will not allow Return/Refund = 0% Zero Chance
Even if you could do so eg. Obvious Damage,
2. They'd just offer a small % as refund eg. $30 off $300 purchase.
3. They even dare to break law eg. Lanham Act for misleading consumers with deceptive product descriptions and false advertisements.
4. Eventually, they'd just close the claim without justification with Aliexpress Standard Closing Scam Script:-
"... you can provide an official damage report from the post office."
TRUTH: They DON'T use Post Office = SCAM (No Tracking #).
5. None of their Discount Codes ever work eg. 11.11 Discounts. And they even admitted the codes are designed to cheat consumers!
You know what, just found out they did the same thing to wife twice... Non-Delivery, asked for Post Office Report when they didn't use the post office = No Tracking Number!
Unless you don't mind losing money over trash that you couldn't use... Stay Away Like Plague!

It never arrived ☹️

I ordered a glasses case & it never arrived .
I contacted them & got no where
They say it was delivered & I know it was not
I would have accepted another or a refund & was offered neither.
Communication was difficult & often in what I am guessing was Chinese
The item cost me $7 but I was charged $12 for postage & customs
WHICH I would of lived with had I actually received the item.
I am now $19 out of pocket & have nothing to show for it.
My first & last shop with them.
Displeased & Disappointed & Downright Disgusted
