Align books is - ALIEN BOOKS
Align books is a "Alien Books" when it comes to customer support.
The customer support executives pretend that they are attending and yes you will get immediate responses but not the solutions!!!.
The IOS app is very pathetic, GST filing & E way billing is a night mare.
The customer support Head Ishvarya Divvedi will be a barrier to this wonderful brand Align books growth.
