I purchased clear retainers based on an editorial in Forbes magazine that rated different companies. I had already used Invisalign and didn’t want to have to pay so much for a second treatment. I chose Aligner Co. because my retainers were ruined by my dog. Things started out ok but as I progressed through the aligners my teeth began to develop gaps in areas that had always been straight. When I questioned the process, I was told to start back at the beginning and then continue on through the later aligners. (The same aligners that had caused the gaps I had never had before.) After my last email with them they have not responded. It had been a few weeks. I have spent almost $1,000 with very little help. I would never recommend AlignerCo.

Since I posted this review in August, 2025, I have not had any response from Aligner Co. regarding any type of refund or adjustment to the amount I paid for retainers that are worthless!

I paid two months ago for a kit. Despite numerous prompts l have not been told anything with clarity except an image of something being pisted from 'Jamaica NY' whenever that is.l live in ltaly and am Scottish. I thought l was trusting a European service. I have asked for my money back.

I started service with this company the end of August never recieved my aligners and it is November all they sent out was a impression kit. In October they tried to sell me a static aligner for a $100. Then they tried to sell me retainers that cost more than the aligners so in the end you are paying hidden cost. Poor customer service. I asked for a refund and they just kept giving me different excuses and asking for more money
