Lekker! Quick and easy deliver, product as advertised

Good product.
After paid, there was no deliver information. And customer services are always unavailable. Nobody answers phone, reply email and WhatsApp.

Bad customer service.

Do not reply to messages,and do not offer refunds.

Rather buy xiaomi products on ali express where Aligo also gets it for much cheaper.

Edit: I still haven't received the vacuum cleaner,its been now over a month without a vacuum cleaner.

We decided to buy another one.

EN: I did purchase a Xiaomi M365 Pro Step before and picked it up at Aligo. Great service! The youngman and lady were very kind and professional. They can advice you about your product and are very helpfull.

This time i bought a Xiaomi Purifier Pro and picked it up at Aligo. The youngman was in a meeting but managed to make some time free for me to say hello and some small talk. This time also, great service!

The Purifier Pro is a great product! It is a effective product and uses less power. I have two small childeren at home, and the air quality is now much much better! Also with frying and cooking, the purifier gets your home clean in just 15 min. Your visitors dont even know that you cooked something.

It is a must for people with small childeren and allergies.

A week ago I ordered Bluetooth headphones at Aligo. The price was the lowest at that moment and my order had been sent by the shop on time. Unfortunately the package got stuck somewhere in internals of delivery company for a week. However, when I contacted the Aligo customer service, they sent me another pair of headphones same day! (instead of just suggesting to wait for a few days more, like many shops usually do in such circumstances). I'm happy because this order was a gift for my wife and, thanks to quick response of Aligo customer service, she has received it almost on time.
