If I could give it zero stars I would... their pictured clothing is not even close to their actual product. Thin material, poor quality materials and the sizing is completely off even if you do follow their guidelines. One dressi ordered was a burgundy velvet dress that and it was an entirely different cut dress that had glued on rhinestones. I confronted them about it with pictures as requested and even sent their photo back to them and their customer service insists it is the correct item. I am currently corresponding with them via email on their own free return policy. As they initially denied my refund request and now they have pivoted to I have to pay for the refund despite that being the opposite of what they advertise and my items being well within their listed guidelines. I have little hope of getting my money back but wanted to warn others, trust your gut and avoid this company.
