𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙄𝙎𝙏, 𝘽𝙀𝙒𝘼𝙍𝙀!
HORRIBLE. I've tried applying TWICE to this studio/job application. I myself am a professional artist, and for a place that is supposedly for artists, I have never EVER heard back. I sent emails, phone calls, replied to Instagram and Facebook posts, DMS, not a word. Only time I've ever heard back was how they don't need anymore information from me, IN OCTOBER. Writing this its currently January. So I decided to send another application, nothing. It amazes me that this place doesn't even respond back to certain artists. I do both comic books and photoshop art, both which are published. Baffled, I really can't believe it.I reached out so many times and never got A RESPONSE back ever. The person running the whole place posts reels and videos on vacation, at parties, other ARTISTS. But to even reach out if the live Sketching job position was still available (which it is on her website, for some reason too on indeed it magically disappears) and she posts knowingly while someone is sending her a message and ignores it, major red flags. Terribly ashamed at this organization, I was so determined too at sending 2 applications and never got a response back. Awful Awful Awful.

After months of waiting, a response was FINALLY given. And I didn't get the job. As she stated in her email "candidates whose skills align more closely with the position. " What skills? This is quite literally the EASIEST job to get for any artist, anyone could do this job. She says you'll have a free class on how to draw in her style if you were to get accepted, but do you really? See her art and you'll see what I'm talking about, her art style is so easy to do yet it's about skills? Her job description also states "candidates may be skilled artists without experience in Live Fashion Sketching, Strong foundational skills in drawing" so extacly what skills are being talked about, if your qualifications states skilled artist without experince, yet when you mention to myself "skills that align more closely with the position" which one is it? You don't need experience, but your looking for people who align more closely with the position, with experience? This place is way too complicated, stay far away fellow artists. Seems like she just cherry picks who's gonna be well suited for her.
