I asked a question about the service and got support in less than 5 minutes. I purchased a server and had access it seems almost instantly. I have not ran into any performance or network issues at all, even when my friends played with lots of tnt!

I have been using alishosting on and off since 2019 and i have never used any host ever since alishosting offers great support and the founder of alishosting puts his clients first, Would 100% recomend alishosting!

I moved from server miner to here the prices are SOO much better and the performance of the servers is outstanding compared. Very easy to move my files as they offer free migration services. (moved files for me)

I started out with apex hosting and found their prices to be a little expensive and the console would skip lines during massive errors. Jumbled through logs and never trusted console because of that. Looked into waterfall next to start a bungee network and saw the price for what I wanted was around $80 a month. Just no. Alis hosting was recommended to me and I was skeptical at first but ultimately bit the bullet because well, the price is unbeatable. I now run 4 servers all work great with dedicated ip’s and my players love them! All around <$30 a month! It really lets me do my job without having to worry about anything. Owner is very communicative and even wanted to check out what server I was making as one of his clients! Very nice guy. I would highly recommend this to new server owners as it’s very straight forward.

As the owner of a medium sized server, we very comfortably peak at 20 players or more on our bungee network connected with multiple different servers. There are various different features that I actually personally really like, like their status page for example where you can see that their total uptime is above 99.8%, and you can see all of the node information like the overall CPU usage and the memory usage, which goes a long way to prove that they don't oversell. The actual host owner himself has been nothing but helpful in our past few months of working together, going out of his way to help me with the server, bungee and even products that he doesn't have to such as my personal website. The console panel is easy to navigate, especially for beginners such as myself.
I am beyond happy with the service that I have received going through AlisHosting, and I would absolutely recommend this hosting network for an affordable and reliable service :)

Beyond amazing service, and all around great experience with hosting our multiple Minecraft servers and bungee network. Any issues we faced were met with in depth support at any hours, even issues that didn’t relate directly to the server hosting, with the owner truly helping our servers to thrive. Communication has always been direct and efficient, and we were impressed with the level of professionalism exuded by the owner at all times, even when we needed support in the middle of the night.
The website and consoles are easy to use, and any times we had issues navigating the many features AlisHosting offers, the owner was there to offer us thorough support. We’ve received every invoice and payment warning on time and as expected, and the owner has always been beyond respectful and understanding of late payments, even going as far as to give us an extra day to make our payment after discussing our financial status.
The pricing of the hosting is fantastic, but the endless support and the owner’s drive to provide an amazing service is definitely the selling point!

AlisHosting is by far the best hosting company in my experience. Their prices are great, their support is even better.

Honestly disappointed. We had a server that we worked on for months and it was deleted without notice. He told us we should have backed it up but they don’t even have it set up. Even though there’s a current amount of days the server stays on the panel if you don’t pay the bill and it was just wiped off when we had days left to pay. Apparently we were the only ones that were paying for a VPS and because no one else is they sent a message saying we have a day to download our stuff or it’s gone because they don’t want to renew. We paid our bill two days ago and now it’s being removed with less then a days notice. Yeah, they have cheep pricing but you don’t get all access to your panel. We constantly had issues with our bungee and servers intertwining but not until we started our own hosting it’s completely fine.
Not to mention the first conversation I had with the owner was a huge set off. They went on our website and needed to verify there account and he continued with ‘Your host is sh!t.’ But well knowing he was starting a webhosting and already asked my partner if we wanted to switch. I guess he was trying to be funny and get customers but it was more like it was their way of loosing a customer.
I don’t care how the person is but if I’m paying for something and working on it for months and it gets deleted when it should have never been deleted, is messed up and we can’t take that risk when now our VPS is taken off because they don’t want to renew the next day. When we did start our own hosting for ourselves and switched the servers, we still had one server and the VPS with them. But for some reason we were removed from the discord chat even though we were still customers. Oh and VPS is still on there website days later. Yes it’s cheep but not worth it we had a lot, for our bill it was $100+CAD with 10 servers and we put a lot of work into what we are doing. Really disappointed and just unprofessional.

Our server was deleted after TWO days, Not eight. We didn’t get any notice, it was just gone.
The ‘backup’ page wasn’t even installed then, we had to tell you.
And maybe reread your last bit. Your backups failed we couldn’t even backup our stuff that’s on you, not us.
’we are not responsible for any data loss resulting in a client failing to backup their files to an external file server.’ Well how about the owner should be responsible for not even having the backup available for clients to even us before deleting important servers.
And still just giving us a day to figure out our VPS isn’t okay, when was still on the website days after it wasn’t available. Seeing after this it has been removed finally.

I don't Own A server, but play on one, the server is running at 20 tps with normally around 15 players, and works great! Doesn't lag and worksd perfectly fine!

AlisHosting has a super helpful Team and the server I host always runs well!
I have a 8GB SMP Server with around 15-30 players and it keeps 20tps basically the whole time its crazy! I have had no problems or complaints about this service.

Recently switched host from shockbyte to alishosting couldn't be happier fast friendly owner which helped make the transfer smooth and fast, excellent connection to the server and amazing on price 10/10 would recommend this server host

Out of all of the hosts that I have come across, not many of them have been as cheap and reliable as this one, the support is also fast to respond, the amount of disk space you get for buying the cheap hosts are a lot better than most hosts

Ali'sHosting is probably one of the greatest hosting services of all time, we wanted to play a very technical SMP server with +20 players and the server's works like a charm.
It has 24/7 uptime and has full transparency with all the node stats,
The prices are probably the cheapest on the market and they have very high performance,
