Alex is the loveliest business owner and gives the best customer satisfaction with every parcel she sends out!! I have a bought a numerous amount of masks from Little Sparkle and they are so gorgeous! It adds that bit of sparkle to every outfit! The quality of the masks are amazing and very comfortable! I have bought twice from this company
I have bought twice from this company, and twice items have arrived falling apart, with bits floating around inside the packaging. The latest item was a pair of earrings that Alex tod me she would send out a replacement for, this was 2 weeks ago, and I had advised her that these were a Christmas gift, yet still no replacement earrings have arrived, and no response to 4 emails now sent!!

At the time you raised the issue we apologised and replaced the items. Your replacement earrings have been posted, 1st class as promised. Part of your second order was a hairband that noted it was faulty, due to gems missing and the price reflected that.
