I went back and forth a few times on this during the free trial, I wasn't sure if it would truly be something I needed. I have Adobe audition, and am relatively familiar with audio editing. Let me just say, the program is worth it! Alitu makes editing so much easier than I thought it would be! My podcast is something I didn't want to spend a lot of time editing, and now I don't have to. The built in recording for calls is so handy for interviews, and I was quite impressed with the audio quality (even though my guest couldn't get the external mic she had to work, and we had to roll with just the mic in her laptop). Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed.
The best part is the support staff are really fast to answer questions, and knowledgeable.

I give Alitu 5 stars because they are easily accessible for a blind person. They have a 6 star support team, when I screwed up over the weekend they were right there on Monday fixing the problem. They’re kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Team Alitu, would that other businesses could be like you.

basically unusable if you want any actual functionality

The secret sauce of using Alitu is that someone like me, who is not tech savvy can excel at creating professional podcasts for a national food allergy advocacy organization. If I ever run into trouble, Alitu's kind staff listens closely and then works to help me. I never panic when I run across a challenge since I know Alitu has my back!

This site is terrible. First month everything went smoothly. Second third month files keep lagging for hours to upload. I have 20-30 minutes files trying to upload which took hours and having them still not uploaded. I contact service and it takes them several hours to get back..some times a day. I have a full work schedule. I can’t edit files in the small time
Slot I have available in my week due to this problem. They keep blaming on my internet, but every other website I have worked fine with m internet with no time lagging except for Alitu uploading files. I wanted to be a raving fan but I can’t. Horrible system. Wasting the only available time I have in my days. This is occurring for 2 months straight. I’m ending my service this month.

Podcast editing made easy! I approached the task daunted by other editing software but then found Alitu and it is so easy and has so many great tools, like recording straight onto the platform and they even give you music if you need it. Highly recommend.

Alitu is amazing and I would agree with other reviewers that I'd give it more than five stars if I could. It makes the entire process incredibly quick, easy, and painless. I can focus on content and let them work their magic. Their willingness to help and support is second to none. Very happy to have found Colin and his team.

SCAM! If I would give a 0 rating I would. Terrible the app says that we are allowed to edit out audios but end up messing up my audio and going into slow-mo while II did not change the settings. NOT WORTH IT.

For my podcast, Absolute Marketing Podcast, used to take forever and almost didn't make to the world because I hated editing so much! It now takes me 10 min to edit and publish a podcast. It used to take me HOURS AND HOURS before Alitu.

They are constantly updating and adding to the software making it better and better!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I was a nervous wanna-be-podcaster last February with no idea how to put together a show. I record 6-10 segments for each episode and Alitu helps me put the pieces together to produce a professional-sounding podcast. Alitu gave me the confidence I needed. My friends think I've mastered editing and sound engineering. HA! Please don't tell them Alitu is the reason why the show sounds good. The training videos helped and they have a great support staff. Alitu keeps adding more services, too. I can't wait to see what's coming down the road. Keep it up, Colin!

Alitu was recommended to me by Mark Asquith. i tried it out, and I'm amazed! I'm handicapped, stuck in a wheelchair, have use of only one arm, and I work alone. Obviously, then, I'm always anxious to find ways to save time, and do so with as much convenience as possible.
Alitu not only saves me at least two hours a week in putting my audio files together, but it saves me much more time in the editing process by automatically leveling out the volume.

Podcasting was a new adventure for me and my co-host, a fellow coach here in Texas. Neither of us had much experience with anything beyond clumsy use of Zoom in our current positions. After some research of numerous podcast production platforms, I chose Alitu for its purported ease of use and simplicity, its affordable cost, and the excellence of the end product. I have not been disappointed. Besides the functionality and flexibility, the biggest plus for Alitu in my mind has been the promptness and friendliness of staff responses to my (many) inquiries as a beginning podcaster. When there have been any issues or questions, I have come to appreciate the rapidity and helpfulness of the staff members coming to my aid, as well as their receptiveness to several of my suggestions. Alitu is a simple, easy, beautifully formatted option for people who are looking to tell a story via podcast. I needed a platform with a low learning curve that still produced a quality final product, and Alitu does it for me!

I signed up for Alitu in March after deciding podcasting would be a fun hobby during lockdown. It has been marvelous! Very intuitive platform, tons of features that save me time, and lovely and kind support people when needed. Takes a lot of weight off the podcasting production, so good for beginners, but also people who just want to save some time!

I heard that the younger generations like to listen to podcasts. So how can a middle age man with minimum equipment and little technical knowledge reach their ears? When i started my podcast in 2019 I was working with open source tools and suffering from pain as the tools were terrible to handle. My sound quality made me blush. When i decided to ramp up my sound and editing quality, I listend to colin's podcast for answers to this. I started using alitu and from there i gained better quality results. I then added also a professional mic, sound editing tool and other stuff. Without Alitu i wouldn't be able to pump out every day a podcast episode the waay i am doing now.
