I am by 2 weeks post my breast uplift and reduction from 32G to 32c/d and I couldn’t be any more happier with my results. I have posted a review from my initial surgery process and the treatment from the amazing team with Dr Ali. But for all considering/ contemplating the procedure the after math is super easy, not painful at all and I am so overly pleased with my results 2 weeks post op. Again Dr Ali is THE best surgeon out there and I forever am greatful of his dedication to perfection and care to his clients.

From the first correspondence to leaving the hospital the service was top notch! The coordinators were so prompt before hand answering all my questions. In the hospital on arrival there was a dedicated translator on hand all day, and even at night the nurses were able to translate your needs. My whole experience was such that I’m currently working out my finances to go back and have a second procedure done, I wish I’d had this tummy tuck done years ago now, my only regret is waiting so long to spend a little time and money on myself. So a massive thank you to Dr Ali and his team, hopefully see you soon!

Dr Ali and his team made my experience feel so safe and comfortable. This was my first ever surgery, as you can imagine I was very nervous, but the hospital team and Dr Ali staff made me feel very at ease especially with the aftercare .

After having a failed rhinoplasty in London I was really nervous about who I would let operate on me. My friend recommended Dr.Ali Uckan as she had a prior rhinoplasty and her nose looks amazing. From initial contact to now 2 weeks post op the whole experience has been seamless. My nose is now straight and I can breathe out of it already! Dr.Ali is wonderful, when speaking at the consultation he gave me realistic expectations as to what he can achieve and although swollen still, I have been given the nose I should have had first time round. From the first contact to my discharge they couldn’t do enough for me. Dr Ali has the most calming energy that settled my nerves and did everything and more for me in my aftercare.

Had my operation with Dr. Ali on Friday. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was nervous as It was my first ever operation. The doctor and nurses made me feel very at ease and I was VERY WELL looked after the whole time there. Anything I needed the co ordinator Ece was there to help and sort everything out. My recovery has been great so far and I will definitely come back to Dr. Ali in the future. Thank you so much again xx

I’m 10 days post op with Dr Ali and I am SO happy with my entire process and results so far. Everyone has been so thorough and it’s all gone so smoothly from start to finish.
I had a lot of reconstruction work that had to be done but he didn’t know that until I was on the table. He explained everything when I woke up, showed me my table photos and talked me over the procedure, and showed my new soon to be cute natural nose! They’ve been attentive and helpful and I haven’t had a single question on recovery as it’s all been explained.

I am absolutely over the moon with my results, and so early on as well! From start to finish my time in Turkey could not of been any better and my surgery has gone just how I had hoped. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Dr. Ali for my breast enlargement. I decided to get my breast enlargement done by Dr Ali because he done this surgery for someone that I know from high school whose breasts look great! I was really nervous before arriving because it was my first time having surgery but from the moment I walked into the consultation, I felt completely at ease and safe. Dr Ali took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, providing expert advice every step of the way. I didn’t want my breasts to look too big and my frame is small so he suggested and committed to a nice modest size (exactly what I wanted). Dr Ali wanted to get them as perfect as was possible so he done a little fat transplant to even out the little bump I had on one side from mild Scoliosis. One of my boobs also dropped slightly more than the other so he evened that out as well. These are examples of how Dr Ali pays particular attention to detail. During the surgery, I felt completely safe and confident in their hands. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and made me feel supported throughout the entire process.

It was lovely having a professional team of nurses in the hospital who came to my room quickly every time I pressed my button and they done my bloods really well.

Now, after seeing the results, I am beyond pleased! The results are exactly what I hoped for, and I couldn’t have asked for better. I truly appreciate the care and attention Dr. Ali gave me, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering breast enlargement. Thank you so much for giving me more confidence!

If you are thinking of going to Turkey and having surgery with Dr Ali then the answer is an easy yes. I was recommended him for a boob lift by a friend who had been with her friend whose friend had also been. I was really scared but had droopy boobs all my life, even though I had no kids. I was really apprehensive and could quite have easily not gone but I am so glad I did.
From the start the co ordinator put me at ease and helped me pay the deposit and asked for the information she needed. She then helped me book the flights.
From stepping off the plane I had 5 star treatment from the transfer to the hospital, the hospital staff - Fatima you are ace! And the Hilton hotel staff. I believe I would not have received that kind of care and attention in the UK.
This was way out of my comfort zone but I pushed through and I am so proud of myself. Dr Ali is kind, caring, funny, put me at ease and most of all he knows his stuff and is a very talented surgeon. Do not hesitate to book your surgery with him. I am so grateful my friend introduced me to him

I was recommended Dr Ali for an arm lift inner thigh lipo and a tummy tuck . I can’t begin to explain what amazing care and treatment I had . WOW what a Man and one amazing Surgeon . From the minute I contacted him and his team I felt at ease they were so thorough throughout my whole experience from before I even got to Izmir . As soon as we landed we had a car waiting to take us to the hospital where a lovely English interpreter was waiting . The hospital was so clean and organised and even the food was excellent. Hospital staff fantastic . When meeting Dr Ali I immediately felt at ease . A very caring kind Man . The surgery went well all to time scale never ever any hanging around . I was kept in the loop the whole time . I am one week post op and my results are amazing all ready I can’t wait to see the outcome . Even when discharged from the hospital another fantastic Member of his team came to check on me in my hotel to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything . The Hotel Dr Ali’s team put me into for 3 nights after was 5 star food excellences service excellent breakfast and dinner all included even when I didn’t feel up to going down to the restaurant my food was bought to my room . All this was included in the price of my treatment. On the last day I was picked up and taken to Dr Ali so he could check me over etc even giving my partner a gift bag of goodies for him helping with my aftercare . I honestly could not recommend Dr Ali and his team enough . Even now I am home his lovely patient coordinator is still in touch helping me with my aftercare . I am already enquiring about my next treatment as I would never use another surgeon again Not only is Dr Ali professional he understands your needs and gives you the best advice possible. From start to finish the care is amazing. I had my breast implants done in the UK 5 years ago, and they had ruptured.
Dr Ali has done a fantastic job in fixing all of the errors the uk surgeon sadly made.
Would highly recommend. Much better aftercare than the uk!

I don’t know where to start with this review as everything went so smoothly!

From my initial contact with Dr Uckans assistant, from the travel coordinator, transfers and all care has surpassed all expectations.

I had my 20 year old implants removed and replaced alongside an uplift, upper blepharoplasty and a lesion taken away from my forehead.

I arrived on the Sunday evening and was promptly taken to the hospital which was clean, accommodating and staff were amazing. I met an English speaking representative who explained everything in detail, ensured I had some food and told me exactly what would be happening that evening which included:
Blood test
Lung Xray
Cannula fitting
Observations taken

The cannula was fitted with care and ease which UK staff struggle with and I was left to rest.

At 9am as promised Dr Ali Uckan came to discuss my surgeries and spent time listening to my preferences and he reassured me he would do his best, he also told me my blood levels were extremely low and we agreed to have a blood transfusion during surgery- I felt extremely reassured and in safe hands.

The English translator explained that I would be given a little medication and the next thing I remember was being woken up offered pain relief and food it was 5pm! I had been sleeping all afternoon.

The nurses asked if I wanted to try to walk and I did successfully so they were happy to take out the catheter, after some food and regular IV medications I spent the rest of the evening peacefully sleeping.

Dr Uckan and the team came the following morning to explain my operation went well despite me having very thin skin and he delivered my old discoloured implants!
He explained the aftercare and at 2pm I was discharged and taken to the Hilton Garden hotel which was a lovely size room with a very comfortable bed.
Dinner was provided and was delicious and I felt very satisfied that I had managed to get downstairs and have dinner the day after surgery!

I spent my days eating breakfast and dinner downstairs and binge watching Netflix at no point did I feel that my pain was out of control.

On Thursday am I was collected for an appointment at Dr Uckans clinic and he was very happy with the result and we went back through the aftercare, he removed the drains which was completely pain free and I was discharged with a fit to fly certificate.

I felt completely at ease and well looked after throughout the whole process, infact I look forward to seeing the team again next year for a few more tweaks.

I'm 3 weeks post op, and im already loving my results so far! Dr Ali and his team was amazing from the minute I arrived, I would like to thank them all they was wonderful and if I wanted anything else done, I would definitely be going back to Dr ali. Couldn't of picked a better surgeon and team! X

Dr Ali and his team are absolutely amazing! From making my initial enquiry to my last appointment everything was seamless.
I had a revision rhinoplasty in May 2024. This is my fourth procedure and the first one that I had in Turkey. The previous surgeons (all UK based) do not even come close to the skills and knowledge of Dr Ali. I was nervous about going abroad for my surgery but Dr Ali and his team could not have been more brilliant with putting me at ease. All questions were answered extremely quickly by the patient coordinators before I flew out and on the day of surgery Dr Ali spent time with me discussing what I wanted to achieve and clearly explained how he could achieve it. He put me at ease and I felt completely reassured. I’m only a week post surgery but I am already extremely happy with the results. My procedure was very complex and the previous UK surgeon had made a complete mess of my nose which Dr Ali has managed to rectify.
I really cannot recommend Dr Ali enough. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for a rhinoplasty (or any other surgery that Dr Ali offers) then please choose him, he is simply AMAZING!

Dr Ali is amazing.
So thorough with his explanations and expectations for outcomes.
He really has a genuinely kind and caring nature which puts you at ease, and lets you know you’re in safe hands.
His team are always on hand to answer any questions pre and post surgery. They are also lovely.
