We purchased the Atlas 40ft model…

We purchased the Atlas 40ft model earlier this year for our property in Tampa Florida and the process was honestly much easier than we expected. We looked at a few prefab companies before deciding on Alivance Homes and they were the only ones that consistently followed up and explained everything clearly without pushing us.

The Atlas 40ft ended up being exactly what we needed. The layout feels open the finishes came out nice and the overall quality was solid once it was delivered. There were a couple small questions during setup but their team responded quickly and handled it professionally.

A lot of companies make big promises online but these guys actually delivered what was discussed. Overall very satisfied with the experience.
