I am extremely frustrated with their customer service. Their shipping and delivery are a mess, especially if you placed multiple orders kind of close together with them. They combined orders to ship with no further details and they don't do their math right. They marked my orders as complete before they shipped anything to me. They converted the bottle size of my orders (from 240 tablets to 60 tablets), did very poor math on the conversion, and ended up missing more than half of my orders. Their customer service number does not work, nobody ever picks up the phone. It has been an extremely frustrating process dealing with them for the past almost 5 months. All I am hoping at the moment is to receive what I had paid for.

Alive By Science has the worst customer support I have ever had experience with. Their products aren’t that great, mediocre at best. This company is greedy and their customers are not a priority.

Fast shipping (once items are in stock) and they seem to make a real effort to come out with good products.

My one reservation is that some of their skin products don't seem to have very noticeable results, yet are pricey. I take the supplements.
