This jewelry is very cheap and arrived tarnished. I had to buy a new chain from another jewelry store and try to polish the charm to remove the tarnish. After spending close to $200, I will never purchase from this company again. It was a gift for my mom of my dad's thumbprint and I was honestly embarrassed to give it to her because of the low quality. Sad for people who are mourning their loved ones and just wanted a nice keepsake.

Don’t shop here. The jewelry quality is garbage. It arrives tarnished and when you request a solution they’ll “repair it” aka send you the same piece back then tell you they can’t refund you. It’s definitely not sterling silver as claimed. Now I have to dispute the charge and hope to get my money back

I received my quality products extremely fast and I am so very pleased they were gifts after a passing and the recipients absolutely loved them. Price lower than most I've seen too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I needed a client gift on short notice, and found this site online promising custom name necklaces and next-day delivery. It was quick and easy to choose a lovely design and place my order. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and the necklace arrived even faster the very next day. It was super cute, my client loved it, and now I'm thinking of ordering one for myself as well. 5-stars! Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

I would have liked more communication through the ordering/production, and delivery process. The product turned out amazing, even way better than I could have expected or hoped for. I was just so afraid I was being scammed until it showed up at the post office.

The locket was polished the engraving was legible and the laser photos in the locket were clear and sharp. Spent a little bit more money than I should have but very happy that I did

Shitty products and dishonest customer service. I ordered a locket and it arrived bent. I called immediately to return it, but they insisted on repairing it. I sent it in, they sent it back literally having done nothing to it. It was in exactly the same condition. I called repeatedly attempting to return it. They told me to look for an RMA in my email in a couple days, then that they would call me back within the day, and on and on. Finally they sent an email that the return period had ended. I had literally contacted them 8 times within the two months since I received it try to get a resolution. Steer clear of this terrible company!!!

I have purchased 3 fingerprint pendants with necklaces (2 gold and 1 silver) and each time I have been very happy with my purchases. I polish my necklace once every few months as I never take it off and never had a problem with tarnishing, etc. and 2 of the necklaces were purchased 2 years ago. I just purchased my daughter one and as I did with the one I purchased for my mother I am gifting jewelry cleaner to keep the pieces as beautiful as the day we got it.

The engraving of the fingerprint is great, but engraving on back is small so it’s hard to read. It did not come with bail/bale(what the chain goes thru) pictured it was just a thin circle

I ordered my mom an anniversary present and I was so happy with the outcome it was perfect. I ordered it on a Friday and it was in my mailbox by Tuesday and I didn’t pay for early shipping which was great.

Product is not as described and they refuse to issue a refund. Cheap jewelry. Should be investigated by the Attorney General. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIVIA AND DANNY!

I had wonderful customer service from Alivia &Danny and the customer service representatives. I returned an item that had engraving In December 1925. That my granddaughter felt was too large that I had picked out. They gave me a credit and it took until June 2026 - 6months before my granddaughter picked out the charms. They honored the credit have been supportive through it all. We exchanged many emails and were always warm helpful. My granddaughter love the oriole bird and apple charm. They are good quality and price are good and the detain on the charms are perfect. I highly recommend Alivia &Danny jewelry for the quality , good pricing , and great selections with engraving if you choose. The customer service is exceptional, warm , friendly and care about the customer. Rare these days.

Horrible service all around, they advertised fast shipping and it took over three weeks. I ordered something from Indonesia that got here quicker. When my order did finally come in, they sent me the wrong item. I had to spend an hour on the phone with their support sending photos back and fourth and finally they agreed to send me what I paid for. And yet another two weeks before I received the replacement that they promised would be prioritized. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this business.

This Saint Michael pendant is much more beautiful than I expected. It’s a precious piece of jewelry engraved on the back perfectly. It was delivered promptly and safely packaged in a very nice gift box. I couldn’t ask for anymore. I think it’s great and I will not hesitate to use this company again!
