Extremly cheap material and unwearable suit. Will never order again. I ordered Ali xeeshan Tara suit from laam. The dress shown was red with delicate gold embroidary. What i received was dark maroon with scratchy cheap loose thread, wrong size and unwearable dress. What was was supposed to be an eid outfit is a joke. Very disappointed.

Extremely poor & rubbish service. I also ordered from gulab pash collection with Ali Xeeshan. I placed my order on March 11th and got an order number from their partner LAAM who apparently does the delivery .I was apparently suppose to receive the outfit by the 19th of April. I never received my order till this day and it was the typical excuse that due to a production issue it was delayed. I reached out on so many occasions but ALi Xeeshan is so rubbish at replying to messages or emails. I will definitely not be ordering from ALi Xeeshan ever again. They should learn from Hussain Rehr what customer service & promises is all about. Such poor customer service from such reputed designer. My advice never order from Ali Xeeshan as he doesn’t care about customers .

Extremely frustrated with the level of service I received on the gulab pash collection with laam and Ali xeeshan. placed the order on March 11th and they two companies said I would receive the outfit by the 19th of April and then due to a production issue they said it would be shipped out by the 25th. I reached out today (26th of April) since I didn’t receive a tracking number and they are cancelling the order. I have been reaching out daily for updates throughout the month to make sure I receive the outfit before Eid. Will not be ordering from you guys again and I recommend that if you need your outfit by a certain time to not count on laam or ali xeeshan to deliver on time.I placed my order the second day the collection was released and I’m not receiving my outfit, if I'm not who who is? Unfortunately this is the second time dealing with both companies with the same issue. Either not receiving and outfit at all or receiving it months later. Why guarantee an outfit for a certain time if you don’t plan on delivering on your promise? When I tried to get Ali Xeeshan to address the issue they didn't respond to my messages and deleted my instagram messages so other people will not see instead of addressing the issue. My message to them: STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF IGNORING THE CLIENT.

Do NOT order your bridal lenghas from here! Had the worst experience of my life. They will sell you used lenghas as brand new and those will not even be your measurements with months od delayed delivery. Save your money, time and effort!

My experience with Ali Xeeshan, in a nutshell - they took my money and I never got any clothes. I’ve been trying to contact them for a month to get my money back and I’m getting barely any replies. There’s no accountability and it seems like they couldn’t care less.

Full story - I talked with the Ali Xeeshan folks end of Nov ’21 to get some clothes for a cousin’s wedding which was during the first week of January. I decided on 2 pairs of clothes and they took all the information they needed from me and committed to delivering them by Dec 28th. At that point, I paid half of the amount (which I consider a substantial amount, above $1000). I got a message about a week before (Dec 23rd) where they said that supposedly they made one of the pair of clothes but there were some quality issues with it and they showed another outfit to me, trying to get me to purchase that instead (I didn’t like it so said no). I asked about my 2nd outfit and then they said there is an overall fabric shortage. They told me this only after I asked a couple of times. They had no regard to my inconvenience, that they committed to a date and that I would have to scramble to figure out what to do. I have been asking for my money back ever since and gotten barely any replies. It’s been over a month now.

What do you all recommend to do this in this case? These people have no consideration for their customers, are practically stealing money and have zero accountability.

I ordered a custom outfit. They sent me photos to review sizing prior to shipping the outfit. I pointed out a mistake in the photos and notified them the measurements were wrong. They told me that they remeasured and measurements were correct. The outfit was shipped to me and the measurements were incorrect. I notified them and they told me that I could have a local tailor fix it or ship dress back and they would cover the costs. I opted to have a local tailor fix their mistake, but the company did not reimburse me. They stopped responding to my messages as well. Very poor customer service for a “high end” designer. I would not recommend buying from them.

My sister bought a outfit for my daughter worth $550 plus shipping to USA. Outfit is nothing like it looked on line, it ugly with poor quality material. I am surprised they are still in business. Called customer service and they can not help. pls save yourself money and trouble don't ever use this company.

Please don’t buy anything online from here, I am from australia and ordered a dress to be delivered in Pakistan. I paid online but never heard from them. I called them more than 40/50 times in the period of 4 months and I finally got a message on WhatsApp from them saying it’s sold and they still haven’t refunded my money! I called so many times and send many emails. Please keep your hard earned money safe. They are fraud

They have completely disappeared. Won't reply to my messages on WhatsApp or insta or fb. Purposely reading and ignoring all the messages. Never buying from them again. I had informed them that I'm not well when I made the purchase and won't be able to follow up n all and requested them to deliver on time. They are complete FRAUDS

Stay away from this business!! They will never deliver your clothes and neither answer phone calls or texts . Someone needs to expose their scam !

Do not order from here. They will scam you. Cheap material and bad work. Poor communication and management. Beware you will not get your dress on time. Other top designers in Pakistan are more professional and ethical.

I ordered an outfit from them and haven't heard back from them. Its been 4 months and I do not get any reply either or phone, email or watsapp. Its a scam and beware of this website and designer. He may be authentic in Pakistan, but all orders booked online are not being delivered and they are scamming their online customers!
