Unreliable! Cancelled on the morning of the party

We booked for our son’s birthday because all the reviews online were great. Didn’t have much communication. The night before I messaged him myself to check he was still coming and he confirmed. Then sent a text the next morning cancelling. He said he had another job and couldn’t find cover for our party. Absolutely gutted. Would never ever book again. Literally booked six weeks in advance. Wouldn’t find us any alternatives. Do not book!! All the reviews are ones they’ve put out themselves on their own website/facebook.
