I bought a ceramic compost caddy. There were multiple glazing defects and the glaze on the base had been scratched/ sanded away over a sizeable area. Clearly second quality and not worth the money. Company refused to pay for the return postage which cost £8.80 and given they sent faulty goods they should have covered the return. Avoid
Misleading Product Description – Very Disappointed
I ordered the Moonie Konjac Body Sponge from All Green, expecting a sponge suitable for full-body use. The product was advertised as a “body sponge” but it’s absolutely tiny — barely palm-sized, and no bigger even after soaking it in water.
The description was misleading, with no clear size listed. I feel the listing gave the wrong impression, and the sponge isn’t suitable for what it claims. I wouldn’t have bought it had I known the actual size. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their product listings.
I will be editing this review, depending on the result of refund request for a faulty item. They sent the item quickly but it has a basic fault which makes it unusable. The company should be refunding me immediately. Item delivered 3 weeks ago and clear photo sent. Response was that the manufacturer has been informed and they are awaiting a response
