ALL WENT TO PLAN AS NORMALK DELIVERY ARRIVED NEXT DAY

Really pleased with quality of product and speed of delivery. Prices were good and compare favourably with the flimsy plastic ones sold in DIY stores. Unfortunately the £10 delivery cost rather spoilt that.
Sadly the Steel Grey colour I chose doesn’t quite match my light grey oak laminate, but it was the best I could find in 1 metre length door bars.

Ordering over the phone rather than on a website was so much easier and quicker since I am not comfortable using a computer. I spoke to a lovely young lady who was very helpful and efficient and our delivery arrived when she said it would. A refreshingly enjoyable experience! Thank you!

I ordered 2 separate parts for flooring and they came pretty fast and were packaged really well so they were in perfect condition. The quality is really good too. I managed to match the colour of the parts to my new scotia as the images online show a true colour for the item which is rare!

Sean was awesome. Helped us find the right matching profiles for our Karndean floor. Instead of having to wait weeks for samples to check before choosing Sean just sent photos of the closest match profile colours against tiles of the floor we had so we could instantly work out the best colour match. So helpful and has saved us weeks more of delays.

Having had laminate flooring recently installed we required door bars and silicone sealant to finish of the job. We needed advice about the type of door bars we required and in addition we also needed help colour matching the products to our new flooring. Sean advised us on the type of bars and sealant that were best suited to the job and in addition went to a great deal of time and effort helping us colour match. He took photos of various bar/ silicone options overlaid on samples of the flooring for us to look at, and also made personal recommendations to help us with the choice. The door products were received well packaged and within two days of the orders. We would highly recommend this company.

I have made two different orders from All in All now and both times they items were dispatched and delivered within 2 days. Super impressed. Also contacted them for help matching a trim colour and they responded with very helpful option. Would recommend.

Recently bought some flooring noses for the second time from this company, great delivery times and very well packaged. However for this second order we discovered it wouldn't be possible to use them and we had to change our decision to put flooring on the staircase.
Called up customer support to be told the returns window is a strict 14 day period and they cannot take them back. Now stuck with £400 worth of quite specific flooring product which I'm unlikely to find a second hand buyer for!

Company were very helpful from a sales perspective but unfortunately this is where it stopped. When I wanted to return the items they told me this had to be down at my own expense (which is in their terms but I thought could have been made clearer given the cost of this) and then sent me a list of couriers that could offer this service. The list of couriers was far more expensive than the ones I found on my own, which makes me wonder whether they sent me expensive ones to try and make me keep the items. Be aware of the return costs as they are extremely expensive. Lastly, when I finally returned the items, they did not refund one of the items because I had taken the plastic off (so I could see the actual colour). Again, this is in their terms but I find it astonishing that they can put another piece of plastic on the items and resell (as it was in the exact same condition as when they sent it to me).
