Great experience
I ordered a dryer with BlueMovement and got the support I need to figure out which dryer fits to the Bosch washing machine I already had. Everything went quickly and smoothly, from ordering online to getting an appointment for installation. Even the installation process was very quick and efficient. Everything is working fine and a couple months in, I haven't had any issues with my dryer. Even if I would, it helps to know I can avail of the extended warranty.

Unfinished Installemtn
The people that came to install the machine has ruined a perfectly fine extension hose and just left the machine not functioning. They have told me that I'll be called to make a new appointment but never did. I ended up paying for a new hose on my own and installing it on my own. Absolutely zero satisfaction out of the service.

We had a discussion with our logistics partner and they assured us, that the available hose was not long enough for the installation. We will make sure to communicate more clearly in the future, that the necessary requirements for the installation need to be met, otherwise unfortunately we cannot provide it. Delivery and first washing experience…
Delivery and first washing experience were fine, but after being delivered and the first 5 loads the power unit broke and now I am waiting for final repair (first time it didn’t work) for over 2,5 weeks.
Delivery was before 3 weeks, so I paid the first month for waiting for reparation actually. Bluemovement did not contact me up until now.

Well everything I have to say is that this is a good way to own this type of things they offer without having to pay a lot of money in one time, things are pretty good the same way they are describe on there website, I will recommend them to anyone one who is looking for this type of offer, no scamming trust them.
