The Shipping wasn't great
The Shipping wasn't great. The worker hasn't brought any tools, so we had to lend them. It wasn't properly installed, but the help desk from Blue movement helped us, so we are happy with our washing maschine.

Short Term to Long term
I had originally only needed the Bosch washer-dryer as a temporary solution. Now that I’ve been able to test the appliance over a longer period, I’m extremely satisfied and will continue to use the service. It gives me full flexibility at a fair price.

My rescue partner...The blue movement
I was new in Germany and was looking for a simple and easy to procure a good washing and Drying machine. To my rescue, came the Blue movement :)
Though there were few hiccups in the begging due to the fact that i was new here, all follow ups were smooth. I had a great experience orsering and having the machines installed at my home.
I would strongly recommend anyone the Blue Movement.

Super satisfied.
Orderd a "pre loved" dryer. Delivery was smooth and without problems.
After that I recognized that the dryer was leaking. They send over a technician and he saw that something was broken. Within a couple of days I had a new dryer, which works now perfectly fine and I'm super happy with the products as well as the service I received.

Very quick and good service. Good communication and very quick shipping with big appliances (Updates for smaller machines could be a bit better, but customservice was very nice and helpful).
