The apartment has very convinient location - a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and 2 big Metro/RAR stations. It is decorated with attention to the details, looks exactly as on the pictures, very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The owner is very punctual and cooperative - at his place we felt like real parisians even for 4 days. We'll strongly reccommend to friends and will deffinetely choose it again for our next stay.

We enjoyed the apartment, it is really cosy and friendly and it was like going home after a day full of impressions ... but, unfortunately, we didn't feel safe in the area, it was pretty run-down, not far away women standing waiting for men to come by ...

All the logistics were excellent - the communication upfront was timely and complete (conformation of reservation, payment arrangements, links to further interesting travel information) and the contact person in Paris itself was very friendly and helpful (if a bit rushed, since we arrived during one of the busiest periods of the year). They do expect you to a) have a mobile phone with roaming facilities with you, and b) be confident enough to call the contact person yourself. The apartments themselves were a little quirky and in a slightly less perfect state than the pictures on the site suggest - though that is always to be expected - but good value for the money.

A few stairs to climb but this was a great flat in an excellent location, very well equipped - all mod cons. Would stay here again.

We really enjoy stay in this place, is near Eiffel tower and near Metro station Passy. Apartment is cute and we did accommodate 4 people with no issue.

the ceramic plate with 4 burners but only 2 could be used.
lights (bulbs) were missing in different places.
drinkglasses were chipped.
bathroom cuboards fell apart when touching the drawers.

We absolutely loved the apartment, it was stylish and funky and in a great location close to the canal and Metro and with lovely Cafés and a Boulangerie close by. We will certainly recommend to our friends.

We would recommend this company for apartment bookings 100% and hope to use them again. Very helpful staff communication with our booking and on arrival. A great time was had by all in Paris!

What a lovely weekend and brill apartment. Our host Anthony met us and was very charming. The couple allowed us to leave our bags before official check in time and check out later saving us baggage costs at Gare Du Nord. Their equally charming friend Walter checked us out.

The apartment was fully kitted out overlooking a quiet square and perfectly placed for exploring Paris and Montmartre. There were some lovely restaurants close by, but, had we chosen not to eat out we had full cooking facilities at the apartment. Even towels and toiletries were provided. (And wine!)

Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again. Thanks Debra, Anthony and Walter for contributing so much to a special weekend for my daughter.

We arrived from Gare du Nord and dismebarked from our taxi at a very big wooden door....and wondered what could be behind it....it didnt disappoint!
Our apartment was just perfect and exactly what was on the website. IN actual fact it was bigger that we were expecting. Given that we were travelling with two older people (my parents who are close to 80 years young) we needed a place that had space, extra bathrooms, toilets and lifts as well as be in close proximity to shops, Metro and key tourist areas. The apartment was the right choice for us. It was lovely, spacious and clean along wiht being well fitted out. Made for a fantastic experience for us all.

Everything was fine and went smoothly. No problems whatsoever. The flat we stayed in was nice and comfy, the owner very nice even if we didn't meet he kept in touch with us by email and phone. We hope to come back soon.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Paris. Everything was as promised and the property manager was very efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in Paris for a week we found dealing with All Paris Apartments complete peace of mind from booking to arrival. The rates they sourced for us were very competitive and on our arrival they texted with their telephone number in case we needed to contact them. I would highly recommend them. Looking forward to dealing again with them in the near future.

The website works well, prices are fair, images are good, nothing to complain about. I'll use the same service next time I go to another European city as well.

I BOOKED AN APARTMENT THROUGH ALL-PARIS APARTMENTS, IT WAS ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AS HAVING 2 BEDROOMS SO I BOOKED IT FOR 4 ADULTS.WHAT IT DIDN'T MAKE CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE WAS THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE COMMUNAL STAIRCASE, I.E ,YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT & GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM.I PHONED THE AGENCY ON ARRIVAL & WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AS I'D ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY BUT HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE SET UP BEFORE I ARRIVED I DON'T KNOW!
I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT E-MAIL REGARDING THIS & I'M STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.

The Apartement was better than expexted. Fully equiped, nothing missing. The view was amazing. All our contacts with the host(ess) and her helpers were very positve.

Both the agency and the owner of the Paris apartment provided excellent service from our booking and until our holiday was over. The apartment had an excellent location next to Pont Neuf, with a terrific view from the 5th floor balcony. Everything was as promised - or even better. The agency texted us upon arrival offering assistance if needed, and the owner had been very to answer our questions about the apartment before our stay. We will definitely be back:-).

we enjoy the place, which located in the center. very clean and has everything you need. It was a bit small for all of us (2 rooms, but the kitchen is inside one of the room)... but overall- GREAT PLACE!!

Great apartment for 2 adults( maybe comfortable enough with a child, but definitely not big enough for 4 adults). Terrific location and all facilities provided were good . Greeter informative and on time. Best take away chicken and vegetables in the world, a stones throw away in Rue Lepic. Half way down the street on the left if you are facing Metro Blanche.
