Jason has be maintaining our water softener
For 14 yrs. we recommended him to friends and family who are also very pleased with the service he provides. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. The go to person for water softener queries and kettle taps. Always prefer to support an independent company and wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of service.

So pleased with my new water softner provided and installed by Jason. I needed the installation to work around the fitting of my new kitchen so the plumbing would work around the units. Jason fit me in to work around my schedule and did a super neat and tidy job installing all the plumbing too. Jason is very knowledgeable, and really cares about doing a great job. I couldn't be happier, and so pleased to use a smaller independent company who really care about their customers and a continued customer service. Thank you. Highly recommend All Salts. 👌
Updated review after 2 years, still really pleased, Jason has regularly serviced the softner and is always really responsive with any questions or issues.

Jason installed a softener as well as an additional kitchen sink tap with filter for us last week and we are delighted with the results. Being in a hard water area and with low water pressure, Jason's expertise was crucial in getting the right product. On the day Jason was industrious and meticulous in explaining what was required and how everything operated. We are delighted to complete this review and highly recommend All Salts. We have used his service for a number of years. He is always very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We recently called him to what we thought was a leaking softener but on examination he found that it was a pipe unconnected to the softener. However, he continued to go above and beyond and fixed the fault for us and didn't ask for any extra payment for doing this.
Very happy to thoroughly recommend Jason.

Jason has installed our Qettle tap, boiler and chilled water tank today. A very professional installation with a very easy to understand run through the operation and service requirements for the tap. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend Jason to anyone.

Jason fitted a quettle hot tap for us. It was a tricky job as the quartz top had limited access with hole very close to upstand, but he gave us solutions instead of problems. Very neat, efficient and reliable work. Jason went over and above to make sure we got what we wanted and even checked in the next day to see that we were happy with the tap.

I have been using All Salts for a number of years now, as I've had a water softener and a water filter installed by Jason. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field and he always goes beyond his duty of care. I also own a Quooker hot water system which is serviced by Jason too. I can't praise him highly enough. Over the number of years of using this company I've never had any communication issues and as mentioned earlier customer service is impeccable. I can't stress enough the importance of this fact as I believe many companies fail in this department this day and age. Jason always turns up when agreed, he is very polite, personable and leaves no mess!! I therefore highly recommend All Salts wether you need a water softener, clean, filtered water or boiling water straight from the tap... or simply, just your salt supply. 10 🌟

Jason has been looking after our water softener for years. He is very knowledgeable and only uses products that he is very familiar with and knows are reliable. There is never any hard sell. He is extremely trustworthy and always on time. A pleasure to have in my house.

Just had the annual service of the water softners as always Jason goes the extra mile and repaired a slight fault on one. Also he took the time to sort out my wobbly tap. His knowledge knows no bounds on the current craze for hot water taps. It’s so rare these days to find someone you can trust to inform you enough with no hard sell. I know I could contact Jason anytime and he would help me. You can’t put a price on that.
