Excellent customer service and a very good product.
I wanted a personalised rucksack for my grandson's Christmas present but wasn't sure if the design was available on one big enough for a six-year-old. Customer services were absolutely brilliant and answered all my questions. The rucksack was delivered the other day and is absolutely perfect. Not only is the design just what I wanted, but the quality of the rucksack seems very good. I cannot wait to see my grandson's face when he opens his Christmas present.

Not as I’d have hoped
The quality of the hoodie was not as good as I would have liked, as it was rather thin. I was also disappointed that the colour of the hoodie and the jogging bottoms did not match, even though they were classes as the same colour blue. The sizing was also out.
The price was fine but I would not buy from here again.
