Our 10 week trip to Australia and New. Zealand was excellent. On each stage of our adventure the planning as well as expertise of our agent was evident. Her good work culminated with the efficiency I received on my Qatar flights to Philadelphia. As a cancer patient currently in remission she discreetly arranged for special assistance with wheelchairs as well as a fine hotel in Doha. I am a huge fan of Paula Kramer.

Teresa was great with follow-up and answering even my silly rambling questions. Very helpful in setting up excursions and firming up waitlist requests. When she was not available staff got back to me with answers and info.

All-Travel and in particular Patrick Mack have helped us plan 3 amazing vacations. Wonderful, friendly and complete service each time.

The two ladies I talked to were very helpful and was able to answer my questions. With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.

All Travel/ Patrick did excellent job for me. This is 2ond trip that Patrick has helped me plan and both have been memorable .
I thought Regent just fine,cabin, staff, food excellent.
I do however remain a Crystal Cruiser.
Their enrichment programs,and staff to passenger ratio are features I prefer .
The entertainment on Crystal is in my opinion better than Regent.
Having written the above,the Destinations/ Tours staff were just grand and reception people could not have been more accommodating.
I would not hesitate to travel Regent again.I will soon make fall cruise plans with Patrick and All Travel..

I am from far away in Canada but after trying quite a few travel agencies in the past I am pleased to acknowledge that All-Travel is the best so far. Richard Piscitello is friendly and efficient. I enjoy dealing with him and I have recommended him to friends and cruise passengers.

Trip went smoothly, except for the failure to link flight records between AA & British Air, which required a bag-drag in Houston both ways.
Uniworld has to charter their boats in Russia from a Russian company, so the quality of the boat was far inferior to the Uniworld-owned boat we had experienced in France. Service was great & the itinerary went without hitch.

Had a truly wonderful vacation...every detail was worked out for us..all we had to do was pack and get to the airport...Harriet has booked 3 cruises for us and it's always been perfect !

Our agent, Richard Piscitello and his associates at ALL-TRAVEL did an outstanding job in arranging and booking our Windstar Tapestry cruise to Scandinavia. Richard worked diligently to see to our needs, including obtaining upgrades from the cruise line.
