Nationwide was not on my side!
Good morning corporate manager,
I am so disappointed with how nationwide handled my case #488710-GP. your inspector (Seek Now) suggeted my property at 449 Mountain Lake Dr roof to replaced, but your adjustor paid me for the front side of the roof only. Two different construction companies advised me to replace the whole roof due to signs of hail damage allowing squirrels to find ways to get inside the attic. The first construction company said that the whole roof must be replaced and refused to do the work of the front roof only as Nationwide suggested, so when I heard the same thing from the second construction company, I called the case adjustor and left him a message about that saying the company would be starting to do the job of replacing the whole roof the next day. at the end, Nationwide paid me only for the front side of the roof. I seek someone please, higher in position than Mr. Colhan (my case adjustor boss) to review my case to see if it was handled right or not, and please contact me because I am so very disappointed with Nationwide, the company I was insured with for decades and trust, but when I needed help, I was not helped as I expected. Mr. Colhan left me a message one time saying Nationwide is on my side, but in reality, I feel No, Nationwide was not on my side. Now, Please contact me because I don't really want to leave Nationwide and end the good relationship, and let my anger controls me. Thank you so very much.
